It was a humbling experience walking through Auschwitz-Birkenau: so many people had suffered and died here and yet in these inhumane conditions there were still people who helped others and risked their lives by doing so. Our guide, Sylvia was excellent and brought things to life by her narration.

The trip was even more informative than I had hoped.. Not only did the history of the camps explained fully but done with respect to the victims. The guide was brilliant and certainly very good.

Some confusion with our hotel pickup but after hotel contacted Grayline we were picked up within 10 minutes. Entry to Auschwitz isn't very well organised not tour operator's fault but possibly need separate entrance and exit as there are a lot of visitors. However once inside the tour was excellent and our guide very informative. A harrowing experience but this is a tour well worth doing.

All the staff from this company were extreamly helpful and efficient.
My only regret is that more time was not given in Auschwitz. My elderly parents had difficulty in keeping up with the english tourist guide. By the time they caught up she was half way through her talk. This was not the tour operators fault as they have to use the auschwitz tourist guides.
I regreted not taking some flowers.
Salt mine good if you like that sort of thing. My husband enjoyed it more than me. Thank goodness you only have to walk down and not up!!

excellent tour and very informative, i would definitely recommend, however the tour company is not very punctual. 15 minutes late the first day and 40 minutes late the second day. also i recommend taking snacks with you on day one as there is very little time to purchase anything on the tour

Impossible to say that this was an 'enjoyable' experience, but it was certainly one which we were very moved by. Only sorry that I did not undertake this visit on earlier visits (1990's) to Krakow, as the tour has become a mass experience.

I was very impressed by the trip - only one small problem: I was on my own and often lost sight of the guide, which was worrying. Other than this I was very glad to have visited Auschwitz-Birkenau.

This tour was really well done. It was a little bit chaotic getting the headsets and sorted out with a guide at the start but there were a lot of people so that wasn't unexpected. It was a really good experience and I'm glad I did it. I'll go back to Krakow and Auschwitz and I'll use Viator again.

Trips were fantastic courteous drivers, and nothing too much trouble for them.
Auschiwitz-Birkenau tour was most moving, salt mines were brilliant although tour a little long and lots of walking, however would recommend both these trips.

Great tour. Pick-up both mornings on time. Guide in Auschwitz/Birkenau was brilliant....really added to the occasion. Guide in Salt Mine not so good but still an amazing underground spectacle. Money well spent! Gerry and Jackie from Belfast
