Extremely well organised trip - very moving and sombre place to visit (Auschwitz) but an absolute must to appreciate the terrible history.
The Salt mine in Wieliczka was again extremely well organised and a delightful (if tiring) trip.

The movie we watched on the bus was very informative. When we had the tour at both locations, we were lucky enough to have the same tour guide. She was awesome! She said she had worked there for twenty years and you could tell. I could listen to her all day! We were traveling with a 7 year old and a baby, and never felt that we couldn't keep up. Would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to go there.

Auschwitz and Birkenau a very moving but worthwhile trip. The Salt mines trip was good but no warning that 400 steps had to be climbed down. We're told over 100 !! Lift back up. Was amazed at the chapels inside the mine

Both tours were very good. There is a lot of walking at the salt mines but it was very informative, both days had excellent tour guides and the minibus to and from the places were very comfortable. Minibus driver even showed us a few of the sights on the way. I have used viator before and both times they have had great service. Highly recommend.

We were picked up outside a different hotel to the one we were staying at but this was only a fifteen minute walk away. The tour ran to time, the guide was excellent and the whole experience was very moving and sensitively handled. I would highly recommend the trip.

The tour itself was excellent and well organized and no problems encountered, I have to say though I did feel a bit rushed and had little time to study the artifacts and maybe with hindsight might have looked to have done this tour privately.

An excellent way to see both Auschwitz and Birkenau. Much easier than on public transport. The guide was top notch. Excellent English, no emotion, very clear and organised. The only slight criticism was that we could have done with a little longer going round each camp on our own as there were some quite interesting parts we could visit on our own. There was a lot of information to take on board and we weren't rushed.
