Informative and helps bring to life what we were brought up learning about. being there is unsettling and at times uncomfortable, but it is a trip that should be done in order to fully understand the magnitude of what was done there. "Ignorance to the past makes us susceptible to future relapse."

This was a very challenging but comprehensive tour which reminds us of the atrocities that human beings can inflict upon one another. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. The bus journey was very comfortable and everything ran on time. I recommend it.

Refering to our recent trip to Krakow and the 2 trips we made, they were both first class the pick up from the hotel was on time, the girls made sure everything was fine, both destinations were conducted by very knowledgeable guides, could not have been better.

A sad and harrowing tour to do but well worth it. I would suggest it to all as a life lesson to us all humans. Our tour guide, a lady Elinka (perhaps spelled wrongly) was magnificient and truly respectable to the human torture that happened there. A great tour, well organised and brilliantly delivered.

Our experience of Auschwitz was very moving and due to our tour guide being most knowledgeable, we therefore gained a lot more information than we had already learned through the books previously read. The tour of the Salt mines was very interesting and the sculptures made by the miners were quite amazing.
We used Viator last year when we visited Rome and will certainly use you again on future tours. Thank you,

A very good tour. The company came and picked me up from the hotel on time. The driver and vehicle were safe and comfortable. The only issue was that the group was quite large and felt a bit rushed through some of the exhibits. But overall a very moving tour.

Trip to Auschwitz 1 and Birkenau with the on site guides included was very good.
My wife and I were disappointed that on both sites we were not given any free time to look around on our own. Also I was very surprised and again disappointed that even though the Aushwitz guide said that he would let us in to the tower overlooking the railway line at Birkenau the Krakow tour Guide said we could not go. We had plenty of time and we even arrived back at our hotel earlier that stated on the tour details. Having travelled from the U.K. and not to be given time to go up into the tower (an iconic place) was a big let down.
