Tour guides were fantastic, super helpful getting us too and from and made for an amazing trip. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

The trip to Auschwitz - Birkenau was too moving to express, but as ever very well organised. Enjoyed the Salt mine and a not to be missed experience if ever in Krakow.

Doing what: Wieliczka Salt Mine Half-Day Trip from Krakow

Excellent local organisation, and a great relief to escape from the Siberian weather above ground. Amazing sights to be seen all of which engendered a previously unfelt respect for men who after their working day toil found time to carve out such exceptional religous images. A lifetime highlight!

Never used Viatour before but as going to Krakow on a very short trip with lots to cram in thought it was best to book ahead. Saw sowmone else who had done the same and was very happy and so was I ! Very well organised with Greyline Travel in Poland. Trip was on time and with excellent guides. Mini Coach for Auschwitz and minibus for Saltmines. Good vlaue by booking ahead and took away all worry.

Auschwitz-Barkenau was very well organised. Its very busy but local guide was excellent source of knowledge and gave a good insight into the history of both camps and what is a very harrowing part of history.

The Saltmines is also interesting but a word of warning and is lots of walking. Great insight into the economy of the area and some amazing caverns.

This was a very moving trip but something every one should experience to help try to understand the harrowing time these people were put through. Please God this will not happen again

A detailed, fascinating yet harrowing experience at Auschwitz and well worth the visit. The salt mines were equally as interesting and superseded expectations. Both trips a must see for anyone visiting the Krakow region.

vvery well organised. great tour guides. highly recommend. comfortable modern transport which you need as trips are a fair journey away

Both tours were very good. You can't really say that you 'enjoyed' Auschwitz as it's a harrowing thing to take on board. However the tour was well organised, with a good informative guide. The harshness of the situation was emphasized for us on the day we visited as it was snowing and very cold. The tour to the salt mines was also very well organised. The tour guide was good and amusing! I would thoroughly recommend these tours and feel they were very good value as well.

This was a very interesting trip so much to take in what a talented people the salt miners were.

First class service, good quality transport.

Some confusion with our hotel pickup but after hotel contacted Grayline we were picked up within 10 minutes. Entry to Auschwitz isn't very well organised not tour operator's fault but possibly need separate entrance and exit as there are a lot of visitors. However once inside the tour was excellent and our guide very informative. A harrowing experience but this is a tour well worth doing.

All the staff from this company were extreamly helpful and efficient.
My only regret is that more time was not given in Auschwitz. My elderly parents had difficulty in keeping up with the english tourist guide. By the time they caught up she was half way through her talk. This was not the tour operators fault as they have to use the auschwitz tourist guides.
I regreted not taking some flowers.
Salt mine good if you like that sort of thing. My husband enjoyed it more than me. Thank goodness you only have to walk down and not up!!

excellent tour and very informative, i would definitely recommend, however the tour company is not very punctual. 15 minutes late the first day and 40 minutes late the second day. also i recommend taking snacks with you on day one as there is very little time to purchase anything on the tour

A very interesting place - unlike anything else I've visited in Europe. Definitely worth seeing. I visited the day before Easter. Since it the mine was closed the next day and there were no afternoon tours on Saturday, it was quite crowded. But they are obviously used to crowds and manage things quite well.
