Didn't really know what to make of it beforehand, but it was really interesting. The service included transport to/from a hotel *near* our own hotel (we had to walk there). They also drop you back in the main city centre/square if you want as well.
If you've got a couple of days in Krakow, I'd suggest going to check this site out - and the weather is the same underground all year round!

The sites along the tour is spectacular. The tour itself is ok. Part of my issue is the number of people in my group as well as the the spacing of the other groups. Sometimes I cannot hear what my tour guide is saying because the group behind us is literally on top of us. Would I do it again? Hmmmm - probably not. Will I recommend this tour? Hmmm - maybe - but only on a rainy day when there is nothing else to do!!

This tour is absolutely fascinating! It is definitely a bit long - we spent about 2.5 hours underground. Overall a must see if you're in this part of Poland!

Didn't get of to a great start as the coach didn't pick us up from hotel but tour operator sent a taxi and after that everything went well. Great tour excellent guide and not to be missed if your in Krakov

a brilliant trip and very well organised.It is an amazing place and we went at a popular time so it was crowded but if you listen to the guide and dont wander off it flows as it should.limited time at gift shops was a criticism we read on this site before going and it was correct but the fault lies more with the shop staff, although friendly and helpful they were not quick thinking.we are so glad we booked and did not try to do it alone.

An excellent tour, surprising, and visually fanastic. Well worth the money, great guide very informative. Wear sensible footwear for there is a few kilometers of walking and stairs to negotiate. The restoratation and building of the underground structures to accommodate cafes waiting rooms etc is excemplary.

The salt mine is incredible. I never imagined it would be so amazing. Seeing all those chambers, statues, the church and hall all made of salt so many metres underground is absolutely incredible. Our mine guide was very good and spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone. Its not surprising that the mine is a World Heritage site.
