Though we enjoyed our tour, it was more of a museum and less of a tour of the place. So that was a disappointment. Rushed people in and rushed them out. Kind of like a carnival at a very inappropriate setting. I think a different set up would be better. It wasn't as moving as it could have and should have been.
The tour was great and the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The video on the bus sets the scene on the way there. We read reviews on this site and took our own sandwiches which was great advice. I found Auschwitz very moving so be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster.
The guide was good and knowledgeable and as there were only 3 of us, we had a pretty good time exploring the jewish quarters, univ, wawel castle, etc.
Interesting tour and both the guides were good. the pace was also pretty good so i enjoyed it very much.
Again an excellent guide under pressure to get us through the tour as rapidly as possible due to the hundreds of people at the site. I like to spend time reading and absorbing the detail in the written explanations for which there was too little time. Nobody's fault - logistically difficult to resolve.
I couldn't fault any aspect of this tour except that due to the huge numbers of people there, we found the speed of the actual tour very fast to take everything in. The guides seemed to be under pressure to get through in a rigid time slot.
The salt mine itself was incredible and well worth seeing.

JUST ONE COMPLAINT WAS I PHONED TO ASK TO BE PICKED UP NEAR MY HOTEL ANDEL'S WAS TOLD NO WE DONT YOU HAVE TO GO TO SHEARTON HOTEL BUT ON WAY BACK THE GUIDE SAID YES WE DO DROP YOU OFF WHICH I WAS VERY ANNOYED AT THAT BECAUSE I'M MIDDLE AGE LADY ON MY OWN HAD TO WALK QUITE DISTANCE TO PICK UP THE COACH SO THE STAFF IN POLAND OF YOUR COMPANY NEED TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY
Our guide did a fine job transitioning from our hotel to the tour site. And inside, our guide provided an outstanding representation of what we were experiencing. He brought home the emotion of the experience and the importance of how the events can never be forgotten from generation to generation. Excellent job Viator, thanks so much.

i went with a group of 4 and all of us were so impressed with his manner throughout the visit.
The microphone and individual headset system added to the exerience as we could all hear clealy what was said without having to rush to be near him.

I was not picked up at the site I was told to wait at. I had to take a taxi, at my expence to catch up with the bus. The tour itself was good, kinda of a fun place to visit.
This was the most awsome tour I have ever taken. The on site guide was terrific, he did an outstanding job of explining what really happened there.. It is a tour everyone in the world should take.
The tour was too long and the guide spoke too fast. With her accent it was hard to understand what she was saying. It was hard for some of the older people to keep up. The older people said they were not told that there was that much walking.
