Excellent value for money. Comfortable coach and very pleasant tour co-ordinator who spoke excellent English (as we don't speak Polish). Had a great day out and a very emotional tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau. The guide Auschwitz provided was exceptional in her knowledge and demeanor and she injected the exact amount of emotion that was required. All in all a great experience. Would recommend to anyone. We were picked up from within a 2 minute walk of our apartment and dropped back the same. We had considered doing the Auschwitz/Birkenau and Salt Mine trip on the same day but I am glad that we didn't as this was quite exhausting by itself.

Highly recommend this tour. Very well organised and very informative. If you want more time then would be best to do this on your own but personally this went a a good pace and the guide was excellent.
I would definitely advise you take the guided tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau should be a reminder to us all how evil people can be and that we should never let history repeat itself.

Great Tour, the pick up location was close to our hotel in Krakow. It was well organized and the guide was great. Such a sobering experience, but it is a must see.

Excellent local organisation, and a great relief to escape from the Siberian weather above ground. Amazing sights to be seen all of which engendered a previously unfelt respect for men who after their working day toil found time to carve out such exceptional religous images. A lifetime highlight!

Doing what: Small-Group Walking Tour of Kazimierz in Krakow
Our guide Gregory was very knowledgeable and did a great job of showing a 30-people-group around snowed Krakow. We walked for 3 hours while snow fell incessantly and got the tram back! The group was big because it was Easter Sunday and many other attractions were closed. Since this tour was one of the few running, many people decided to join, I guess. We were taken to see the place were scenes of the Schindler's List were shot and the birth place of Helena Rubinstein. We could not visit Oscar Schindler's factory because it was closed on Easter Sunday 31/03/13, but will definitely go back sometime in the summer to learn more about the fascinating story behind it. Great tour.

Highly emotional tour with the guides there helping us to understand as best we can what life must really have been like in the camps. Everyone who visits Poland should make the time to go here.

It was a humbling experience walking through Auschwitz-Birkenau: so many people had suffered and died here and yet in these inhumane conditions there were still people who helped others and risked their lives by doing so. Our guide, Sylvia was excellent and brought things to life by her narration.

The trip was even more informative than I had hoped.. Not only did the history of the camps explained fully but done with respect to the victims. The guide was brilliant and certainly very good.
