We got picked up from our hotel at 715, it took around an hour to get to Auschwitz in which we watched a documentary. The guide was very good and informative it was extremely well organised. we were pleased we had chosen the small group tour as we weren't waiting around too long for lots of people.

This is my second time to Kraków and I still found this tour so educational and moving. The tour we took was over Easter weekend so it was very busy other museums and such were mainly closed but at no point did I feel we were being rushed or not given the same amount of information as any other time. The bus collection was close to our hotel and arrived early, the tour guide was helpful and informative while we were traveling and all the instructions given for times and pick ups were very clear. On arrival due to the amount of people we were split into groups, we waited in line for our allocated time and then our particular tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau we were given two guides, the young man who accompanied us on the bus who translated from the main guide of the camp tour this took a little longer but was still worth standing just a little longer in places. When we arrived at our second stop the weather was awful wind and snow coming in sideways! So we were given the choice of a long or slightly shorter version of events and although I had been before, I could not tell the group had chosen the shorter version. It was amazing that I managed to see by chance the other side of the camp this time around and it was still so emotionally draining. I would highly recommend this tour and the tour company looked after us the whole time. The only thing I would say is:- this states a 'half' day tour, you do really need to have a whole day put aside for the earlyish pick up and later afternoon drop off. A must do tour.

Collected by air conditioned coach, journey time approx 25 mins. Tour provider was friendly, organised and informative. Handed over to Salt Mines tour guide, queued to enter for approx 15 mins. Tour lasts 2h 10 mins, 4km of walking with two short 5 min breaks. The scale and facilities of the Salt Mine is impressive. Tour information about the statues carved, the mining techniques, the historical origins of the mine and the function of the rooms visited. I have never visited anywhere like it, I am recommending it to anyone I know planning to visit Krakow.

Everything about the trip was amazing. The tour guide was so informative and interesting, the guide on the bus was a lovely Polish girl who was very kind and informative. It was very upsetting but I think people need to know exactly what happened as I did not realise the severity of the torture these poor people incurred by the Third Reich.

Fantastic tour.

Highlight of my entire European trip. Whilst that might not sound appropriate, may I clarify. This was the most moving and deeply thought provoking tour I have ever been on. Given I have been on a number military tours around the world, this one will stay with me forever.

Excellent tour. A 'must do' when visiting Krakow. An amazing site and well worth it. Thomas at the mine was an excellent guide. Not for claustrophobics in particular the ride back up to ground level in the lift, but I loved it.

This is NOT a half day - you will leave at 8.30am and get back by about 3:30pm so just bear that in mind. Take snacks and water and comfortable shoes. And tissues - lots of tissues. It is harrowing but very worthwhile. Hard to call in enjoyable under the circumstances but I am glad I did it. Our tour guide, Wojciek, was adorable and so helpful.

The trip started with a brief walking tour of the Jewish district followed by a comprehensive visit to Wawel Castle and Cathedral. There was a brief stop before a walk down to the old town concluding matters at St Mary's Church. This was a tour well led by Conrad and the weather was glorious. Please note that this is mainly a walking tour so is unsuitable for anyone who is infirm. Overall a good introduction to Kraków.

Excellent tour. The guide however, often spoke too fast and it was hard to understand. We also zipped through Auschwitz and I would have liked a little more time to view things. However, all in all it was a good tour and I would recommend it.

Unfortunately the tour bus did not pick us both up at the Royal Hotel which was e-mailed from yourselves to me before the holiday. I had to call after 30mins when no sign of the bus appeared. We eventually were told a taxi would pick us up and take us to the Salt Mines. When we arrived we were shown into the mines along with other people from the bus. On our way back we were told to meet outside and the guide that was on the bus would be waiting for us to transport us back on the bus. When we arrived outside there was no one there and so we sat down to await the rest of the people on the bus and the guide that was on the bus. After about 15/20mins the guide on the bus was angry as we did not appear. We were not told where the bus was parked as we did not come on the bus nor were we told what time we had to be back on the bus at. She stated that we were not at our destination i.e. Holiday Inn Hotel which was where the pick up point was seemingly but my e-mail I showed her this stated we had to be picked up at the Royal Hotel at 8.30. She was not pleased and neither was I. This was not our fault but Viator as I had the said e-mail from yourselves with all the details.

We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which made the day very easy. The tour was very well organised, the English speaking guide was knowledgeable and very respectful. This is a must do in Krakow, it does take most of the day nevertheless well worth it.
Totally recommend this.
