Fantastic tour; tiring, but excellent. Really enjoyed, highly recommend; somehting you may not see too often.

What can I say... I like elephants and you can get up close and personal with some very cute babies. Good photo opportunity for both feeding and elephant rides.

Well motivated and excellent staff, however, be aware, wear good shoes and expect a fairly exhaustive walk to the canopy walk, just over one and a half hours, we were not properly prepared

LOVED THIS!!! We had an amazing tour guide (his name unfortunately escapes me) not only do you see the elephants and go to deer land you are given a very informative trip and we learnt a lot about rubber too and its production. We also had a very scrum my lunch and this is trip well worth the money!

Whist we enjoyed the visit to the elephant orphanage there was not alot of time spent with the elephants. The trip was 8 hours in total with only 1 hour 20 minutes at the sanctuary. Although we were fairly low season it was very busy with everyone queuing to feed the elephants, a two minute ride and a getting in the river to be splashed by each other and not the elephant. The rubber plantation was a stop at the side of the road and a hop over a fence. Dinner was good and the driver friendly.

A memorable experiance, it was a shame that there was significant rainfall the day before and the river was running too high abnd fast to allow entry into the water to swim with the elephants. Our driver was very helpful, friendly and informative, well worth the effort to go.

Great day our guide had great tips and was very flexible! Worth visit to elephant park!

A fantastic tour and guide (Fockhans, hoping I got the spelling right for his name ) Awesome scenery and well worth doing but a lot of hard work
and sweating before you reach the tree top walk and then you have to come down..........
Make sure you are reasonably fit and able to climb over rocks etc. Don't wear warm clothes but make sure you have very good walking shoes and you take insect repellant and plenty of water We
had a great experience doing this and we are both in our 50s so we are proud of ourselves in what we acheived and it showed us what you can do when you put your mind to it and push youselves that little bit more We even chose the harder way down but that's because we felt comfortable with our guide Many thanks to our fantastic young guide for all his help as this is something we can tell our grandchildren when they're older what nan and pop achieved in their 50s (and just a tad overweight too)

Tour guide Mr Sofa gets 5 stars. It was an excellent day, lots of information. Didn't get to bathe the elephants so hence the 4/5 stars. Children have great memories and I would recommend this tour to others. I would suggest that you bring water and for younger children car activities it is a bit of a drive, but well worth it if Mr Sofa is the guide.

Good tour, the elephant sanctuary is small but appears to be well run a documentary is run to show you about a group that relocates elephants, they don't appear to be connected with the sanctuary, I personally believe the sanctuary could do so much more to educate people and in turn hopefully brining in more money for the preservation of the elephants but it was a good tour, our guide was good, informative but not always with the correct information we found out later but all in all had a wonderful day.

Our tour guide was amazing and told us lots of information about KL. The elephants was magical especially for my daughter is elephant obsessed . Will book again with you the next time we go to KL.

Great trip and tour guide!

Our tour guide was amazing, really attentive. There was 2 of us so he customised the day around what we wanted to see. He even took us to the wet markets on the way home because we said we thought they would be interesting. He was considerate (stood in line for us in the hot sun so we could rest) and knew things like we should buy bananas on the way there because elephants love them more than peanuts. Definitely an amazing experience for animal lovers!

Excellent day spent with our tour guide Desmond Heng who made our day very special, would certainly recommend.
