The trip was great. Everything was on time, well organized, informative, and we got to see a good variety of different things. There was even a wonderful free lunch thrown in that we weren't expecting.

My family and I is fully satisfied with this tour. Our guide is so helpful and always smiling. Our children learned a lot from this tour that they can share beautiful and memorable stories to their friends.

If like us you are time limited, this is a good tour to do. We did think that it was somewhat unbalanced with the places in the morning feeling rather rushed as they warranted more time whilst the pm session could have been better paced with more time at Kiyomizu. The morning tour guide was excellent: very informative and with very good English. Our lady in the afternoon was very pleasant but seemed less assured and was thrown by the traffic problems at Kiyomizu. Lunch was rather chaotic and the serving staff should have organised it more effectively. That being said, we thought the food was excellent, and plenty of it so that it definitely made the whole day tour good value.

Tour guides were great and the sites were beautiful! My only gripe would be the food at lunch, but I guess you can't expect too much when feeding such a large group. Overall, the tour was wonderful - easy, well organized, and a great way to see Kyoto in a day. I definitely recommend this tour!

The Kyoto tour was very good. We enjoyed the palace, pavilion and castle. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and personable. The bus ride was comfortable and clean. Worth the money.

Nice coverage of different sites in a limited time. I understand the need to keep to a tight schedule, but I wish they would provide a bit more free time at each site, to go off on our own and take pictures. Overall, very good.

Good tour but you may be over all the palaces, shrines and temples by the end of it.
If you looked at other temples, in other cities, you could probably miss this tour. Otherwise, it will open your eyes to the history of Kyoto.

If you don´t have a lot of time in Kyoto and you want to see the highlights of the city, this is definitely a good choice.
The overall experience was good, however, I think that the lunchtime took too long, considering that we had been rushed from one spot to another during the morning.
