Comment from Emma
Kyo-ryori (Kyoto cuisine) is a refined cuisine with a history dating back over 1,200 years. Characterized by its use of seasonal ingredients, delicately presented dishes and meals that are served over several courses, it is a uniquely Japanese style of eating that should be experienced at least once during your stay.
