It was a beautiful day. We couldn't hear the speakers so missed out on a lot of the history. Otherwise, it was a nice cruise.

Doing what: Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II

The food was ok, not great. The trip is fairly long overall. The commentator was a nice touch, but his corny "schtick" got old after two hours.

My husband and I fully enoyed our cruise on the M.S. Dixie II. It provided a breathtaking and memorable experience.

The trip was a big let down. Only sailing across the lake to the bay. You need a cruise around the lake telling about all the lake history. No recommendations from me to anyone for this cruise.

many recommendations for Viator who horned tickets the second day. many thanks

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The weather was beautiful and everyone who serviced us on the M.S. Dixie II were friendly and helpful. The entertainment was a nice surprise. Definitely worth going!

Doing what: Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II

The Emerald Bay Cruise is an excellent way to get exposed to the beauty of Lake Tahoe! It was most enjoyable, further enhanced by the excellent narration by Darin, the "Jimmy Buffet" of Lake Tahoe. It was a wonderful way to get some excellent photos of the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Also, it was a pleasant way to 'beat the heat' with a choice of being on an inside deck or an upper deck for your viewing pleasure! I highly recommend it!. Faye from Virginia Beach, VA.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise! Some of us couldn't hear the information over the PA system. My party of four would recommend this cruise to other family and friends.

Doing what: Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II

Staff and food was all 5 star!

When I went to check in they said I wasn't registered to take a cruise. I paid in advance and got nothing.

Doing what: Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II

It was nice to be able to take my husband that is wheelchair bound on the lake. The MS Dixie II is the only paddlewheeler that could accomodate us.

Doing what: Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II

We had a wonderful motherdaughter three days at Tahoe and a highlight of the trip was the M S Dixie cruise. Weather was great, water was calm, scenery was beautiful, staff was helpful, and the narrator was so good. Everything went smoothly and we had such a special time.
