The crew at Crystal Yacht Holidays are amazing. This was by far the best activity I did in Langkawi. The yacht is lovely, the bbq food was delicious, plentiful and expertly prepared. My travel companion had a peanut allergy and they presented her with a list of all ingredients and even thought of peanut oil. We could not have been more impressed with every aspect of this activity. There is an open bar with very generous crew and you can drink as much as you want, you never have an empty drink. Swimming off the side of the boat is amazing, although I would recommend only trying this if you are a fairly strong swimmer. Had the best time ever and EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO THIS!!! Cannot stress enough - amazing, fantastic, so much fun, impeccable service and generosity.
Fantastic driver for hotel pick up / drop off, excellent knowledge and stories (Joe we loved you - they should pay you more). The cable car ride was great, fantastic to see a different aspect of the island. The oriental village was fantastic and a good place for easy shopping and fish pedicure at Anjung Spa (RM18). This is a must do activity while staying in Langkawi.
Good Tour but it was extremely busy and the wait was very long to even get onto the cable car. There is an express Lane and with the limited time we had, it would have been nice to have the option of upgrading to "Express".
We were expecting something better. The tour guide was actuall a local driver with a very little abiltiy to talk English. In fact there was no tour guide because the drive left us alone from the parking. He was not even wearing safety belt during driving and when asked, he said not needed?? (strange traffic rules in Langkawi).Due to bad weather nothing was visible at the top. Infact we spent more time in the transitiional stop because nobody told us that there was one more upward drive ffor cable car. The driver asked us to come within 1 hour and we finished whole tour in just two hours. In our way back to hotel, he stopped us at wrong KFC which was too far from our hotel (Wstin).We asked him to stop the one at jetty point. It was a total disappointing tour by all means in Langkawi which have lots of fun and attractions otherwise
Bad weather, low cloud cover, no visibility-but a very spooky atmosphere which made it enjoyable
Don't miss this - it's easy to catch a taxi and buy your own ticket.
We were surprised that it simply wasn't open for several days for maintenance, when we wanted to go back again.
What a wonderful experience. Even though the weather was overcast, the colors and schools of fish were breath-taking. A definite 'must do'.
The trip was very good weather views were great.Our driver was very nice and helpsome.
Collected us on time from our hotel on time.

Disappointing- weather not suitable for cable car, so driver took us to other sites we had already visited or were not interested in. No refund offered.
Fantastic tour the cable car was awesome and the guide was very helpful.
The marine park was beautiful and snorkelling was great fun. With the tour that we went on, if you weren't in the water you were required to stay on a floating pontoon with only an hour set aside in the afternoon after lunch where you could get a boat transfer onto the shore to admire the beach and swim. Unfortunately there seemed to be a lot of rubbish washed up which was a shame for such a beautiful place. I did hear from other guests that the scuba diving was great. A great place although could've been a little better.
Enjoyable trip and value for money. Fantastic views. Don't go if your afraid of heights!!
Very professional and helpful tour guide. Even organized to buy my ticket and send it to my hotel room for a return for the cable car ride as the cable car was not operational on my scheduled date
Sunset cruise was very very good. Crew were very friendly and jovial and made the trip enjoyable. Pick up and drop off were without hassle. BBQ Dinner - Tooo much food, we couldnt finish it
The cable car is fantastic, a definite must do.
