Disappointing, car and driver turned up for around island tour, and asked what we wanted to do or see, we thought that was their job, as we didn't know the island, and whenever we came back to the car he was asleep. If that is the norm it was terrible!

We probably could have visited the same places in a taxi by ourselves. Our guide was just a driver rather than a guide.

The cable car ride is a Must See when visiting lLngkawi. View from the last station and from the bridge is sublime!

A first class trip, very informative and friendly driver who knew his island well, very informative. The cable car was something we will always remember but what a difference a good driver makes. Highly recommended!

Spectacular views, wonderful ride, but long wait in queue to board cable car. It's a must do activity in Langkawi. Oriental village very touristy. Shopping not as good as at other places in Langkawi.

Cruise was magnificent, a beautiful sunset. We had paid for a barbeque but were listed for cocktails only. which was most distressing, although we still had the barbeque.

Viator side of things were absolutely great! However, we had 3 different people from the actual tour company confirming that our pickup time. All saying different times. Once picked up at 10am, our "guide" literally said nothing the whole entire drive. Only when prompted would he respond, generally with 1 or 2 words. When we finally got to the Cable Car Oriental Village, he just pointed to where we should be going. I asked him for more information and he just gave us the two coupons basically. I would suggest that such a professional outfit such as Viator change local tour provider. Just some feedback that I know you would appreciated. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you need anything else.

It was too windy the first time but went back and eventually got to go on cable car, it was truly exhilarating, spectacular views, not for the faint hearted though.

There should be a proper communication to all the passengers prior to the trip; i.e., the itinerary, programs, the nature of the tour, etc.

We had a great time. The cable car was a bit scary as there is only one support between the top and bottom - so it rises and falls as the cars go over the supports. At the top there are a bunch of lookouts and a real freaky bridge across a gully - cool. I'd recommend this to anyone visiting Langkawi.
