The fountains are set inside of a man-made lake modeled after the Lake Como Resort in Bellagio, Italy. With the old-world elegance of the Bellagio Hotel as its backdrop, the fountains are an impressive display of beauty and technology.

The fountains at Bellagio are so gorgeous and are a very refreshing sight against all the neon. They change the tunes the waters "dance" to regularly and the show goes about every 30 minutes. Water from the fountain can shoot as high as 460 feet (140 m), and the fountain uses 1,200 nozzles to display the water in different ways. Each show incorporates unique lighting effects, with changing colors depending on the song or season of the moment.
