Doing what: Death Valley Day Trip from Las Vegas
Excellent trip and well worth the money. Tour guide was excellent and friendly. Brought back happy memories of a family holidays where we traveled through Death Valley. Refreshments were provided and we were made to feel very comfortable during the trip. Nothing was too much trouble. Particularly enjoyed the fact that only 7 people were on the trip and therefore it was relaxed. Stopped off to see many different points of interest. Certainly would recommend this visit.

Doing what: Death Valley Day Trip from Las Vegas
This tour was fun and was very educational. Including us, there were only 7 people so our guide catered to where we wanted to go. We skipped Scotty's Castle and spent more time at the beautiful and mysterious Death Valley. Our guide was very knowledgable, friendly, and took care of us. We made at least 10 stops along the way for picture taking opportunities. My favorite place was the Devil's Golf Course. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone! I'm very, very satisfied. Trust me - the smaller the group, the more enjoyable the tour.

Doing what: Death Valley Day Trip from Las Vegas
Loved this tour! Very knowlegeable driver. Small group in a large van 10 people which was much appreciated. Gave us a great boxed breakfast as well as a good box lunch. Although "Scotty's Castle" is billed as part of the tour, the driver gave us the option to forgo that 3 hour part of the trip and instead go to Dante's View and have more stops in Death Valley to see the shifting sand dunes etc. Note - if any one person wanted to go to Scotty's castle, then the van must go there. Our van group all preferred seeing Dante's View - a fanatastic overlook of Death Valley, and loved having the time for additional stops at various points in Death Valley. Our driver Gary ensured we returned to Las Vegas on time. This was a wonderful tour!

Doing what: Death Valley Day Trip from Las Vegas
WOW!!! Worth every penny!!! A really relaxed day - you didnt feel at any point that you were being rushed from one areas to the next. The guide was incredibly friendly and approachable. He know so much about Las Vegas and Death Valley. I would highly recommend doing this trip as he seems to know all extra little gems of interest e.g a hidden pool of salt water hidden amongst the crystalised salt of the devil's golf course. A must do for anyone wanting to see the amazing areas surrounding Las Vegas.

Doing what: Death Valley Day Trip from Las Vegas
This was the best tour we've EVER taken! The driver was knowledgeable and entertaining. The breakfast and box lunches were excellent! The captain's chairs in the van were comfy. Movies about Death Valley, Borax and 20 Mule Team were shown. The driver made multiple stops for us to take pictures of the desert flowers, which were all in bloom! He absolutely hit all the highlights in the park. Our tour companions elected NOT to go to Scottie's Castle even though it was part of the tour. We were all more interested in the park's offerings. My husband and I loved every minute of the tour! If you don't want to drive, I would recommend this tour to everyone--even locals like us! Well worth every penny we paid. It was a grand day!

Doing what: Death Valley Day Trip from Las Vegas
Very much enjoyed the Death Valley Tour, especially as our friendly and knowledgeable driver gave us some options on the semi-flexible itinerary. Artist's Drive and the salt flats were pretty amazing, and the view from Dante's Peak is spectacular. The sand dunes are also definitely worth seeing - just a shame we didn't have more time there! Overall - a great trip - I'll have to come back some time and spend a few days to fully appreciate it!

This is a must-do. Death Valley is an amazing place, totally different from anything that I have ever seen. Scotty's Castle was worth seeing, and the tour guide was very informative and helpful.

This was an incredible experience with wonderful scenery and a very knowledgeable guide, who made it a fantastic trip. Death Valley was totally different from anything I had seen, and the tour of Scotty's Castle was amazing. It was a long day but a very comfortable bus.

Doing what: Death Valley Day Trip from Las Vegas
Excellent trip, despite the bus breaking down! We had an unscheduled stop in Death Valley Junction where we were treated to a movie at the Amargosa Opera House. We were back on the road 2 hours later. Stunning landscapes, a huge variety of geological and mineral sights and a truly brilliant tour guide, Ralph, who was both knowledgeable and helpful. Gluten free breakfast and lunch provided for me (although it did contain cookies which were not GF, which could have been disastrous if I hadn't checked). All in all great value and a fascinating trip we will not forget for a long time.

Very enjoyable trip - though could have done with a bit more walking. Jerry, our guide, was excellent and a really friendly, knowledgable guy. Would recommend this trip for anyone who wants a quick overview of death valley. Thanks!

Doing what: Death Valley Day Trip from Las Vegas
The Scotty's Castle visit was excellent and well worth the stop. The rest of the trip was ok but a bit thin on explanatory commentary after a promising start. We could have done with fewer gift shop stops and more visits to Death Valley places of real interest in the Golden Valley.
