Great trip, being 4 larger people I was terrified we would be split up but not so, we had a great time, flight helicopter and bus were all explained before we left, our pilot was excellent and had extra comments was we flew over the canyon (along with the hand held information devices), arriving at the west rim, we spent some downtime awaiting the helicopters but when our turn arrived it was worth the wait, dropped at the top ot the canyon, so you accessed the boats by a steep and quite dangerous in places climb to the bottom (who ever measured the steps had to have been a giant)
but your cruise let you soon forget. A seemingly endless steep climb up the canyon wall again was I thought a bit much, I think more steps should be cut into the canyon, not the only one struggling with the climb others had problems too. back on the helicopter for a final flight, and then lunch at the most beautiful place on top of the canyon EXCELLENT TRIP well worth the money

I had a really great time on my trip. The Double-decker coach bus we road in was great, and the driver/guide, Dwayne, was awesome! We had plenty of time to take pictures in the areas around the West Rim, and Dwayne got us all back to our hotels in the late evening (I was dropped off last at Southpoint). I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a full day of sightseeing. Well worth it!
Doing what: Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam Day Trip from Las Vegas with Optional Skywalk
A long day (the south rim is much further than the West rim tour) but so worth the trip, as once you get to the Canyon the views are amazing! On the way to the Canyon, there's a quick stop at Hoover Dam, so get your camera ready. If you purchase the helicopter experience, you'll be dropped off first, while the rest of the bus head to the National Geographic Centre. Some people selected the Pink Jeep experience (small group tours of the Canyon), or select the IMAX movie (30 min). Skip the IMAX movie if you want more time to walk around the National Geographic Centre or to relax and enjoy your lunch. (You get a lunch voucher). There will always be a lot of other bus tours, so be prepared to take a lot of quick shots then move on to the next viewing platform. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, it's warm but can get cold on the bus ride back to Las Vegas. Enjoy this amazing natural wonder!
Doing what: Grand Canyon South Rim Bus Tour with Optional Upgrades
Tour was great, staff at heliusa not so much. When we called to confirm on the day we arrived at LV, Heliusa changed our pick up time from 9am to 6am! We paid a premium for the late morning departure as we had 2 young kids with us, so this is unacceptable. Heliusa insisted for us to take the 6am bus+helicopter tour and rudely told us to get a refund from viator if we didn't. When my wife asked to speak to the manager, the lady who spoke to us said she WAS the manager! That says a lot about this company. We didn't budge and countered every word she said and in the end she upgraded us to the more expensive all-helicopter tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. We all had a blast. This tour goes to the West rim. Personally, the South rim is more impressive than the west (we visited the South rim 3 years ago.) But for repeat visitors, this is a new way of enjoying the Grand Canyon.
Doing what: Western Ranch Experience with Grand Canyon Helicopter Flight
My tour to the West Rim was the best experience. The bus driver was very informative and funny. A full day of lots to see, helicopter and boat down Colorado river and to see Grand Canyon was amazing especially on the Skywalk. This trip I would recommend .
Doing what: Grand Canyon West Rim Day Trip by Coach, Helicopter and Boat with Optional Skywalk
We went to West Rim and Skywalk. Picked up early by coach driver Dwayne who was very entertaining and very informative but not in a boring way. Lunch overlooking the Grand Canyon was breathtaking. The history and engineering feat of the Hoover Dam amazing. The Skywalk 4000 feet up is fantastic. Looking down through the glass blocks very surreal. If you are going to do this trip we can highly recommend it. Very long day but just to sit and have lunch overlooking Canyon blows you away.

We were picked up from our hotel around 6am. We were taken to catch our coach at a coach park. This was very efficiently done and people were very friendly. Our tour guide Dewayne was very funny and kept us entertained. We would recommend this trip. We did the West Rim tour with Skywalk.

We did the West Rim of the Grand Canyon and it was amazing. The whole trip from pickup to drop off at your hotel. Must do is the Skywalk.
Doing what: Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam Day Trip from Las Vegas with Optional Skywalk
The west rim is beautiful and we had enough time to explore the place. However, I would not recommend the skywalk as you spend time in the queue and the area to see is small. Outside you can definitely take a better pics. Other thing I would not recommend is the lunch. If you can take something else

This tour over exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this to everyone. This tour covered a lot of the West Rim in such good timing. My pilot was awesome and very knowledgeable! This is a must when coming to Vegas!
Doing what: Grand Canyon All American Helicopter Tour
Coach ride was very nice, helicopter flight was surreal. Flying along the West Rim, down along the Colorado River and landing to take a fanastic, 20 minute, bontoon boat ride up and down the river, discussing the area with a Native American from the Hualapai tribe. Meal at Guano Point was fanastic and so were the views. This was a very nice excursion, but be prepared for the very bumpy dirt road ride into and out of the West Rim area.

Excellent. You feel wanted all the way. The whole experience from the beginning to the end makes such an unforgettable day. Saw the west rim from the aircraft so glad opted for the south rim,

Of you want a spectacular overview of the West rim and you have only limited time, this is the trip to make. Avoid the Sky walk and spend more time at guano point.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The helicopter ride descending into the canyon was breath taking and the flight to the west rim so awesome! We don't have a lot of money but it was worth every penny!
