Stayed at the hotel so had free access up to the tower, wow what a view! Having stayed at the Excalibur right at the other end of the strip the last time I visited it was great to see the strip from another angle. The rides up there are not for the faint hearted, especially if you are scared of heights! We stayed in Las Vegas over the 4th July and I don't think we could have been at a better place to view the hundreds of fireworks lighting up the night skies!

Doing what: Las Vegas Power Pass
I purchased the 3 Day pass for my June trip. Since I was staying in Ceasars Palace, it was very easy to pickup Note Planet Hollywood opens at 8am PST, 60mins before everyone else. If you are not adverse to walking the strip, this is the best way to use the pass. I broke it up in sections for ease of travel doing taking advantage of the South, Central, then North. Keep in mind, the pass only allows for one entryride per day for many of these attractions. ie. One ride on the NYNY Rollercoaster can't just ride all day. There is a good perk to the fact that some attractions Stratosphere & Effile Tower passes are good for up to 120 days, so you could collect one for each day and use them later if you wanted. Could have done with a 2 days pass because I was walking only, but the 3 day pass would be great if you had a car to get to the attractions off-Strip.

Doing what: Las Vegas Power Pass
It was very convenient for our group with all of us having them and we got right in to all eventsplaces we wanted to attend. The value of all the things we went to more than exceeded the value of the pass as well! Plus, nearly all of the major sightseeing places were on this pass - Stratosphere, Eiffel Tower, New York New York roller coaster, Adventuredome, Hoover Dam tour, etc.

Doing what: Grand Canyon All American Helicopter Tour
my only dissappointment was the stretch limousine ride.As my hotel the mandalay bay is right next to the airport the limousine ride is short but sweet to say the least ,and for 40 per person i thought maybe on the return journey would of taken us down the strip. As customers from the other end of the strip at the stratosphere end just pay the sameand they have a 10 mile approx round trip .Apart from that little gripe highly recommended

Doing what: Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam Day Trip from Las Vegas with Optional Skywalk
We opted for the whole trip, coach to the Grand Canyon, the Skywalk, helicopter into the canyon and boat trip on the Colorado. It was brilliant right from the hotel pickup in a good quality coach with entertaining driver. The connections went smoothly, and by prebooking--highly recommended--not only did we get great prices but we jumped to the front of the line for both the Skywalk and the helicopter trip, so no wasting valuable time hanging around. The views at the canyon are fantastic and we had time to do all the things we wanted. Although it was worthwhile, on the Skywalk, you don't get the same feeling of height as you do in a building. Being in the Stratosphere Tower in Vegas and the CN Tower in Toronto is more scary and actually feels higher, but I would definitely do it all again. The ride in a helicopter was a first for me and certainly added to the experience. The guide on the boat trip was friendly and took lots of photos of us with our own cameras, so for a few dollars' tip we got some great shots. The food catering was fine, but remember you will be out in the desert so don't expect hotel style luxury. There were both old and young on our trip and we all had a great time, so if you are thinking of going, do it all!

Doing what: Las Vegas Power Pass
This is the way to see Las Vegas and the Hoover Dam tour is very worth it! Couple of venues have pulled out like the Stratosphere but Star Trek and Sigfried and Roy's are worth it. It was great to have a pass and it offered easy entrance. The only pain, is picking the pass up. You have to go the Planet Hollywood in Caesar's - best idea is to pick-it up the evening before so you can start the day out with pass in hand. This was the 2nd time I used the pass to see Las Vegas and it was worth it.

Doing what: Las Vegas Power Pass
The pass was definitely worth the price! The only problem we had was with the two exhibits Titanic and Bodies. The book said we would get $4 off per ticket, but the agent did not accept the Power Pass and only gave us $2 off per ticket, so we ended up paying more than we expected. I suggest going to the Fashion Show Mall to get tickets to special attractions if they are being offered when you are there. We loved the Wax Museum, the King Tut exhibit, and the Stratosphere, especially the Top of the World Lounge. The Star Trek Experience was great! Also, it's worth it to rent a car with the Power Pass, so you can do more things at your leisure like the Hoover Dam and the Zoo and the other free events. Th pass was great and definitely worth the money.

Doing what: Las Vegas Night Strip Helicopter Tour
Wow! It's over fast, so pay attention! It's worth every penny! You can't go to Vegas without seeing it from the sky. We could see people eating their dinner in the Stratosphere! Top marks to the tour company! They picked us up from our hotel and they were very organized. By the way, you can have as much champagne as you want beforehand!

Doing what: Las Vegas Power Pass
I saved more money than I spent and wore the kids out on the power pass!! I loved the power pass because it allowed me to take my children to an amusement park and many museums. We also saw the dolphins and white tigers and rode the roller coaster at New York New York. The discounts at Planet Hollywood allowed us to eat a great meal and save money. The Stratosphere scared me, but the kids loved it. The power pass got us out of the hotel and seeing many attractions in Vegas - all day and evening long.

Doing what: Las Vegas Power Pass
Good value overall including $20 to spend at planet Hollywood in Caesar palace- remember you have to get your powerpass in the shops in Caesar palace go to planet Hollywood shop... As long as you are keen to do all the things on the list then it's worthwhile... If only a couple of things, the don't bother... Madame tussuads was small, however Paris elevator, stratosphere, New York rollercoaster, lion enclosure, all very good

Doing what: Las Vegas Power Pass
It was very easy to pick up the Power Pass as there was a choice of locations. Before we left we had a wishlist. On that wishlist was the "Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam day trip from Las Vegas with optional skywalk. In the highlights it states that is is a full day trip to the Grand Canyon West Rim by coach from Las Vegas with pick-up and drop off from most Las Vegas Hotels. The price is from US$98.99. When we enquired about this tour we were told that there was NO pick up and drop off from hotels but the price was for "tour only" so we would have to find our own way to the Grand Canyon. We were visiting from New Zealand and had no intention of hiring a car and driving anywhere. That was extremely disappointing as we had been looking forward to the day trip especially as other travellers had written glowing reports of the trip and the fact that it was well worth to get the Power Pass for that reason. That being said we were easily able to use our pass for The Eiffel Tower, the CSI Experience, the Stratosphere, the Secret Garden, etc and one day we went for lunch to Planet Hollywood and were given a discount. Even without the trip it was well worth getting our three day pass and I would do it again. Best regards, Maureen

Doing what: Las Vegas Night Strip Helicopter Tour
brilliantly organised, spent a total of about 9 mins in air, great pilot he talked to us all the time telling us about the strip and the buildings, my only gripe (and its a small one) was stuck in a mini bus on the tarmac for about 25 mins in 100 degree heat, but the pilots banking around the stratosphere more than made up for it

Doing what: Las Vegas Power Pass
Pass was ok you need do defo plan what your doing before hand.... Not sure if got money worth from the 5 days as I think we only ended up doing about 5 things from it purely because we had other trips outside Vegas planned and we were in Vegas for 10days! From the pass we done the New York Coaster, Madame Tussauds, Lion & Dolphin at Mirage, Erotic Musuem, Stratosphere Tower, Effiel Tower and free meal at Planet Hollywood on the last night for a dirty burger!!!

Doing what: Las Vegas Double-Decker Bus of the Stars
This was an okay trip. Take the evening trip because it is cooler. Before I explain the trip, there was one great perk free tickets for me and my wife to the Mac King Comedy Show. It was a great show. Trust me on this. There was no air conditioning on this bus, which made it very hot since it was already close to 100 degrees at 1000 am when we took the tour. The sun was very unforgiving. Everyone on this tour started at the top of the bus but by the time we stopped at the Stratosphere for a bathroom break, everyone was at the bottom of the bus, out of the sun. They had a broke Elvis impersonator sing for the whole trip.
