The trip to the Grand Canyon West at the Hualapai Nation was a fascinating day for my wife and myself. Viator delivered a high quality service in all the aspects of the experience. Punctuality, a constant care for the well being of the clients, along with a high standard of competence to inform them about the history of the entire area of Las Vegas and the exquisite beauty and grandeur of the Grand Canyon attractions, including the grandiose of the engineering projects for the construction of The Hoover Dam and the Skywalk.
THOMAS, the bus driver who conducted us from the beginning to the end of our trip, provided us with the most caring, competent and reliable assistance. He truly loves people and enjoys what he does. Absolutely fantastic trip - once in a laugh time experience. The tour guide was AMAZING - funny the whole way. I would say not to even think about going to Vegas and not doing this trip - YOU HAVE TO DO THIS ONE!

The tour was great, everything was on time, we were picked from hotel and dropped how they said. Bus driver was good also, talked all time! We got sky walk also and we were very sad when we could not make pictures with our cameras !!! And they did pictures but for 2 pictures - $60 !!! This is crazy price! Another than that everything was very good!

Very well run tour the skywalk was amazing but the helicopter and boat ride was good too,expensive but its unlikely the chance will come to me again.

The pickup driver screwed up and was not friendly, but the rest of staff was co-operative and nice. tour only gives you 4 hours of grand canyon but you lose the whole day which does not makes sense.

We didn't go out on the observation deck so we didn't see much of the canyon, the Indian Ranch was great and the Indian dancers. I think next time we would go to the South rim

The grand canyon was awesome to see.But the bus trip and bus transfers were not fun.Nine bus transfers.Most buses at capacity.I think we might fly there next time.

Our group of 4 totally enjoyed the tour. We were picked up at the designated time and were very pleased with the spacious comfortable bus. Would highly recommend it!

Very long day but if you want to visit the canyon they are a superb company to use. Transfers on time and the drivers both very knowledgable and friendly throughout the day. Awesome Anthony our driver really helped make the day by keeping us entertained and guided us through everything from hotels, things to do in vegas to the Hoover dam and Grand Canyon knowledge. The view points are spectacular and something you will remember forever! A must do trip in Vegas.

The whole trip was fantastic from the moment the coach picked us, we were well looked after all day and dropped off at our hotel and the end of the day. The coach company, especially their drive, Walter, made a good day into a great day.
