The trip was excellent. I had my own private tour guide and we visited the market and ruins as planned. It was very informational and worth the money.

Excellent place. Tremendous energy! ! Very much it was pleasant to us. From minuses - foolish system of distribution of places in the train when one family transplant on the different ends of the car. The prices in Makchu Pikchu the very high

Great experience! The trip started with a hotel pick up in the morning, transportation to Machu Picchu, English speaking guide, and transportation back to our hotel in the evening. Our guide Victor was the best guide we’ve ever had. We asked him a lot of questions and he always answered in details and with a smile.
I do recommend this trip.

From pick-up to drop-off the tour was exactly as described and timed (practically to the minute). Felt like a private tour (two of us and three other people) in our own tour van with driver and guide. Guide was informative, able to answer all the questions - good English. Qenqo, Tambomachay, and Pucca Pucara were very interesting, but the highlight - walking beside the massive stone walls of Sacsayhuaman fortress. Of the tours we did in Cusco, this was the most interesting and the best.

Machu Picchu as a place is definitely worth a visit.
Organisation of the trip was horrible. I
Contact details (phone number) to the local tour agency (vijajem pacifico?) were wrong. I had to send them address where I was staying in Cusco.
I was trying to contact them before the trip. They never reply to my emails. Phone numbers given by Viator were wrong.
On one day before the trip , only with help of hotel they managed to find local phone number of this company.
Even later, during the trip, people were just passed between different guides / steps along the way. It was chaotic.
For the money that I spend on this trip I expected much better service.

On the pisac market it is possible not to come around, there is nothing to do, only cheap iinekachestvenny Chinese goods. Secred valley in general avoided. Nemplokhy Mixture cafe dinner. Convenient bus. Excursion to ruins can be combined easily with excursion in Makchu Pikchu, you won't pass excess kilometers on mountain roads.

I recently visited Machu Picchu on a day tour and the service was 100% .
the planning and logistics were taken care of including transportation to and from the hotel to\from train station as well as bus and tour passes. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.the lunch was great.

My trip to Machu Picchu was great. Our guide Angel was great explaining his knowledge of the place. The weather was great and everything was on time. I would recommend this tour for the amazing views of Machu Picchu.
