The perfect introduction to Lisbon. Provided a lot of great historical information and background into this beautiful city.

Doing what: Lisbon City Sightseeing Tour
The guide books used different names or titles for sights than our guide. We found we had seen more than we thought we had after some further investigation. Most were very pleased with the tour.

Doing what: Lisbon City Sightseeing Tour
15 of us were on the tour as one family. We enjoyed the sights we saw, but would have licked to see more of the city. Our tour may have been shortened because of the weather, but we can not control that.

Doing what: Lisbon in One Day Small-Group Tour
We were lucky to have Mihaela, our guide, for ourselves as there were only 2 of us. She went out of her way to please us and answer all our questions. Shes very down to earth and knowledgeable about the sites we visited. We enjoyed ourselves and were satisfied with the service.

A great way to get your bearings in the city. Margerida was an excellent guide and showed us places we would never have known to go into.

Jet lagged, we slept through booked tour. Local provider rescheduled us for similar tour later in the day, and all worked well. Walk leader was great!

Doing what: Lisbon Super Saver: Lisbon Sightseeing Tour and Sintra, Cascais and Estoril Coast Day Trip
We enjoyed this trip. The guide was very good and informative. The downside was the stop at a tourist trap shop in Lisbon which was a waste of time.

Doing what: Lisbon City Sightseeing Tour
The tour was very nice we saw all we had expected to see. Our only complaint was that we did not realise that it was bilingual and listened to the same thing in three different languages. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very fluent in English

Great tour with a lot but not too much information. Guide was very competent, I would book an other tour with your company at any time.

Doing what: Private Tour: Best of Lisbon by Sidecar
Don't miss an opportunity for a tour with Bike My Side! I am so glad I did!
Lisbon is a charming city with a fascinating history. I was there for just a few days, and I decided to take a tour on my first day. After my half-day with Daniel, I don't know if any other city tour will compare. It was the high point of my trip. Here is a short list of what made this a great tour for me:
1) Daniel loves his city, and it really shows. He knows both the areas and the history, and he is happy to share it with visitors. He knows all the best photo spots, too!
2) He is one of the warmest, friendliest people I have ever met. He will treat you like a friend who has come to visit.
3) He is ready to tailor your experience based on what you are interested in. He will give you options, and he will check in with you throughout the day to make sure the pace is just right for you.
4) The motorcycle and side car are VERY cool! It is a great way to get around...and we got lots of looks and smiles.
5) He is a very safe driver, and the traffic in Lisbon is actually pretty tame. I felt MUCH safer in the sidecar than I did in any cab I rode in!
I could go on forever, but you get the point!
Try to book your tour for the early part of your visit, as he will get you familiar enough with the city so you can easily explore more on your own.
Enjoy Lisbon!

Doing what: Private Tour: Best of Lisbon by Sidecar
Rome has the Coliseum, Paris- Arc de Triumph, Lisbon-
ancient churches, imposant Castle, beautiful riverside, impressive
monuments and the one and only city tour in Europe on a bike with a sidecar. My wife, who was initially hesitant to travel on the sidecar of a bike and I, who was determined to book a trip with Daniel, after reading the reviews of other happy travelers, were overwhelmed by the beauty of Lisbon and the eloquent explanations of our guide Daniel.
Daniel picked us up from the hotel and immediately reassured us what I already knew and my wife was waiting to hear: that the tour he was going to do with us would be safe, pleasant, a great experience and a thing to remember.
At the end of the day It all proved to be true.
He had with him the obligatory helmets, blankets, sunscreen lotion, bottles of mineral water and offered us a choice to chart our own map of places to see.
We left it to his own discretion and for 4 hours it was all WOW!--beautiful vistas,
monuments, rides down the Lisbon's history lanes, coffee break at Belem's
famous pastry shop Casa Pasteis do Belem.
We were so overwhelmed by the beauty of Lisbon- the places Daniel took us to,
the chance to see through the eyes of this local guy with a perfect --Americans beware: British English--what the hop-on-hop-off buses do not have on their beaten track.
Daniel, we met many interesting, warm, friendly and hospitable people in
Portugal and you are in that number.
Muito obrigado.

Doing what: Lisbon Guided Walking Tour
Sandra (tour guide) was excellent. It was easy to book and
the price was better than the one offered by the cruise ship.
