Doing what: Lisbon in One Day Small-Group Tour
We did two tours Lisbon day tour and Sintra tour. Both were well organized and informative. The tours guides are extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about their city. Our guides, Michaela and Miguel really gave a personalized service. We were picked up at our hotel and the small group format was perfect for us. We managed to see a great deal in a relatively short period of time. The little extras such as suggestions for lunch, shopping and pastries gave us more insight into the culture. Would highly recommend this company.

There were only five of us with our guide in a small van. Wonderful! The guide was well versed in his city's history and sights. Very enjoyable.

The guide, Johanna, was very enjoyable. This was the same guide we had on the Sunset Walking and Fado tour.
If that had been our only tour, it would have been excellent. Unfortunately this was our 2nd Viator tour in Lisbon and there was about 1/3 - 1/2 of the tour was an overlap with the other one..
It would have been nice if it had been mentioned in the info on the tours that they would cover the same neighborhoods, monuments and restuarants. Then we would have only chose one of the tours and not felt that we spent a lot of time doing the same thingr your review here.
However rated on its own. it was very nice and if only doing one tour it would have been worth it.

Very badly organized. Though the tour was good, there was no co-ordination on the hotel pickup. We had to run helter skelter to reach the tour starting point in time. The hotel pick up never happened. Also there was no assistance provided from the local travel agency contact. I had personally the local tour agency to ensure pick up form the hotel prior to my tour date and got an assurance as well. But in reality nothing happened.

I don't think you really want me to write this it was terrable. Was suppose to be in English, very little was interpted, guide was rude. Did not indicate the amt. of walking , Could not keep up and guide did not care, if you got lost or not. I will not do another Tour from this company.
In all very bad experience.

Dont waist your time and money. A guide that spoke 3 languages on the trip, rather take the hop-on hop-off tour!

Anna was terrific. We really saw so much and covered so much ground. The Pena Palace in Sintra is a must see and the coast of Cassiss was beautiful. I would highly recommend this tour and especially our guide Anna.

We like the afternoon tour to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril coast, very enjoyable and good scenenic view of the coast going to Cabo de roca.

Doing what: Lisbon Independent Segway Tour with Rental
I really enjoyed the segway experience; Our "teacher" was very nice (and spoke french !). I had a great fun speeding on the "Praca do comercio" nearby. However, i mus admit that I didn't really know where to go, to have a 1h30 ride, as it was quite hilly and narrow in all directions (and i did not dare exploring too narrow streets)
