We were left pretty much to ourselves once on the ground. Brochures about Fatima and Obidos were handed out after the visit of each place. I think it would have been better if we were with our guide on Cooltours (more informative)who did the Lisbon City tour with us a day earlier.

Doing what: Private Tour: Fatima Sightseeing

We had a very good experience touring Fatima. Our guide, Tiago, was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and the vehicle was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Doing what: Óbidos, Nazaré, Fátima and Batalha Day Trip

1/ Guide was mainly paying attention to the Portuguese and Spanish speaking attendees and not to the English speaking attendees.
2/ No clear time schedule provided
3/ Time according guide was 15 minutes different from the actual time, causing the guide to accuse travellers og being "late" back at the bus, what was not the case.
4/ Guide did not show us the important places in Fatima (was raining) one the Basilic
5/ Bus driver lost its way in Fatima while searching for a hotel to pick up somebody not belonging to the tour (45minutes delay
6/ Dropping us of 300 meters from the hotel instead of in front of the hotel in the rain
Tour was very disappointing except the lunch which was very good

This is a true 5 -star expeience if you are into a religious day trip. Our tour guide DORA is very knowledgeable and friendly, makes everyone feel that we're family. The lunch in Nazare is unforgettable. I highly suggest this day trip. Note that the last town to visit is Fatima, so one can stay behind in Fatima to attend the evening processing.

Andrew was a brilliant driver and tour-guide. Excellent day seeing Fatima and Obidos. Got into a very expensive meal for 3. Avoid that resto. The whole was full of fun. Ask the operator of this tour for Andrew.

Incredible small group (turned out to just be the 6 of us!) with the best guide in Portugal - Sofia! Fatima is a great educational and inspirational experience no matter your religion. Nazare is a quaint coastal town with views from the cliffs. Lunch on our own was easy and delicious! We can't wait to go back and spend a few days. Obidos is a walled city full of chocolate and cherry liquor... it was fun to see from the tops of the walls. This is a must do tour from Lisbon!

.Fatima was a great experence ..we attended mass and looked around the church and grounds. However, the pick up spot was a diaster, had we not started calling the tour service 1 1/2 hours before pick up we would not have made the tour. Better communication needs to be done. Also not enough time to enjoy fatima.

Overall I would have been better to get the Hop On Hop Off bus ticket and not the half day tour. The other half to Fatima was good but the coach could have been bigger as all seats were full.

I had the impression that this was a 3 day tour- but it was 3 one day tours...each day we had to go to a central location and join day trippers- there was 1-1/2 hours each morning to assemble and organize each new group...the day in Evora was led by an unorganized, but pleasant woman-but unfortunately we didn't get as much out of the trip as we could have, and hoped for...the day trip to Fatima had a great tour leader, but a very busy schedule...and Sintra day trip was pleasant....all 3 days we had a very nice lunch

Would have rather skipped the shopping superstore and learned more about fatima. The other towns were very neat...worthy of another visit.

We had a great experience on our small group tour. The itineary was perfect allowing just enough time at each stop. Fatima, Nazare and Obidos are all "must sees" while visiting the Lisbon area.

A very enjoyable day ,pick up from hotel was at 8am then dropped at marques do pombal square where we got on another coach ,met with our guide anna for the day then traveled on towards the portuguese countryside, had a lovely lunch in nazare finished our day with some free time in fatima ,which we left around 6.30pm arrived back in lisbon around 8.30pm. the only thing missing from the trip was that we didnt stop at sitio for the wonderful views of sea and beaches, and the we didnt stop in ajustrel to see the houses of the 3 sheperd children to whom the vision of our lady of fatima appeared.

The tour was too long. It was supposed to be 9 hr 30 min (approx), but was closer to 12 hours, mainly due to the long passenger drop-off process at the end of the tour. I would recommend deleting the stop at the craft store in Fatima and reducing the time spent in Fatima. The lunch was excellent.

The tour itself was very good, Fatima was amazing! I have given this a three star rating because of the guide we had. He did speak English but not so good. Many times we did not know what he was saying and it did not help that there were many people on the bus talking loudly around us, which made it even more difficult. There was much we did not know what we were seeing.

Very nice trip, we saw many beautiful places in Lisbon and visited Fatima
