It was all worth it, the trip to Fatima was great . I will surely recommend your company to my friends. Thank you!

Called and confirmed before 24 hours prior to tour as directed on voucher. We were told to be at a hotel that was 'next door' to our hotel about 45 mins before the scheduled start. After arriving at the appointed hotel which was really about two blocks away, the hotel concierge knew nothing about that tour company. We waited around outside for about 10 mins and they arrived and took us to meet the tour bus at another venue picking up others along the way for various tours.
It was good to have direct transport to the Shrine without having to figure out public transport on our own. The descriptions along the way was done in so many languages that I sometimes missed the English version. Good that there wasn't too much commentary. Stopped at the factory with some time to make purchases. At the shrine we had enough time to walk around and there were two services in progress. Return to the pick up point was drawn out with everyone to be dropped off. If you are looking for direct transport to and from Fatima without much more expectations, then this is for you.

The tour guide was ok. She spoke too loud so it was difficult to understand her and after little explanation we were left to roam the Fatima city on our own. Overall it was good that we were taken and returned with some explanation however we have I been in better tours.

Due to miscommunication, full day excursion was changed to only half-day visit to Fatima which was the main reason for visiting Lisbon. Definitely worth visiting Fatima.

Having been told that I had to phone to confirm that I needed picking up from my hotel I tried, in vain, for 48 hours with no answer to either of the telephone numbers provided. It was only because we had a very helpful Concierge at our hotel that we were able to discover that we were to be picked up from another hotel. As no details of what to do if you were not going to be picked up were provided I can only assume that we would have lost our money. On the tour itself we arrived so late that the service was just ending. This was particularly disappointing for my wife and her sister who had desperately wanted to attend Mass. Part of the reason that we were so late was there was an unscheduled stop at a factory to buy religious artefacts which we were assured would be blessed by the priest at the service in Fatima. I cannot help thinking that this unscheduled stop was more of a financial arrangement between the tour operators and factory rather than for the benefit of the people on the tour. There were some good point to the tour but these were totally outweighed by the lack of time in Fatima.

our trip was complete success,i love the food the service and the people, specially the fatima trip

The places are fantastic, but I was not totally satisfied. We did not have almost any time in Obidos and Batalha, but we were given more than one and a half hours in Fatima. It was not meant to be a pilgrimage after all.
The bus, our guide, the lunch - everything else was OK, only the proportions of the program were not.

The tour was good, everyone on the bus was most interested in Fatima and we didn't get there until 4:30pm and only had over an hour. That was the purpose of the trip..too much time spent at the other locations, and didn't get back to city til almost 8pm.

The trip was fine but the process of pre confirmation was dreadful and lost us a day of our holiday. The trip left an hour late. We arrived home at eight oclock at night losing out on another booking. The guide was good but eight hours of listening to six language translations was extremely boring. Good lunch though and Fatima is beautiful. Just dont go with that tour.

Enjoyed this tour. Obidos was a quaint town to visit. They were having a chocolate festival. Had plenty of time to see Fatima.

Doing what: Óbidos, Nazaré, Fátima and Batalha Day Trip

Obidos was the highlight of this trip, and the stop there should have been much longer. Make sure to do your souvenir shopping there, as it's definitely the best place for it. We especially loved the art gallery on the little hill leading from the main road down to the first church on the right hand side. Obidos was very charming, and its churches were very ornate.

The lunch in Nazare was ok, and the restaurant was clean (as were the restrooms). The best thing about the restaurant was not the food (vegetable soup - fish - fruit salad), but the fantastic view. Nazare is a tourist town. It was nice to see the ocean, but the city itself is not interesting, and the shopping is bad.

Both the monasteries were nice, although we only got a guided tour of one of them. You have to pay the admission fee at the last monastry yourself if you want to go inside.

The worst part of the trip was the souvenir shopping stop right before Fatima. The bus stopped at the tackiest souvenir shop you can ever imagine, filled with glow in the dark Virgin Mary statues. Gray Line obviously gets payed for making this stop as it lasted 45 minutes!!! Everyone just wanted to get out of there. This time would have been much better spent in Obidos. Those who want glow in the dark Virgin Marys can buy that in Fatima.

The stop in Fatima was way too long. There are two churhes to see + the spot were the Virgin appeared, and everything is right by each other. No need to spend an hour and a half there; half that would have been plenty.

The guide spoke three languages. The tour lasted 10 hours (09:00-19:00).

Doing what: Private Tour: Fatima Sightseeing

The day of our trip was 13th October and also my partners birthday. This was due to be one of the busiest days of the year but not withstanding this the tour far exceeded our expectations. The guide was extremely pleasant, considerate and informative, not only about Fatima but also Portugese history and answered all our questions. We were picked up from our hotel without drama and the transportation was first class. It certainly was a most memorable day and a birthday present my partner will never forget .

The four of us enjoyed a wonderful day in the Portuguese countryside. We were picked up on time by a very knowledgeable and personable guide. Our first stop was Fatima. We spent a couple of hours here and then proceeded to a world heritage site where we saw the tomb of Prince Henry the Navigator. For lunch we stopped at the lovely seaside village of Nazare. From here we toured a medieval walled city . We all agreed that this day was the highlight of our trip to Portugal. This is the only way to see these sights especially if you have a group of four or more not only is it economical but you get to see so much more of Portugal..

If your main intentions are to see Fatima, then I would suggest you book just a fatima tour. 1 hr in Fatima at the end of the day is not enough. Even though this tour was overall pleasant, they need to tell customers that there is ALOT OF WALKING on this tour. Also the tour bus parks very far away from the sites. I had an elderly mother who struggled. If I had been given this information we would have made other arrangements. The lunch is very adequate and at a very nice location overlooking the beach and cliffs. This was the best scenic location we stopped at in the course of the day. Both tour guide and bus driver were both very pleasant and gracious, no complaints there. Enjoy your trip!!!!

Basically, this turned out to be nothing more than transportation to and from Fatima. Although the guide provided some commentary as we drove along, there is not much to see between Lisbon and Fatima. Once we got to Fatima, we were on our own -- no guided tour at all at the site. At more than 50 euros per person, this was a pretty expensive bus ride.
