Excellent tour, our guides on the day were brilliant!!!
My grandchildren aged 3 and 5 so enjoyed the experience they want to do it again but hopefully next time it won't be on the coldest day of the yer. A big thank you to the team in the ticket office for the provision of blankets - so grateful

You get to see the sights of the city simialr to the open top bus tour, but with a bit of fun at the end as you splash down into the Albert Dock, guide and driver really funny ensuring participation in singing as we went round the tour in a city famous for its singers as well as its football.

Me and my friend went on this tour of Liverpool, although we are local we learnt facts about Liverpool we didn't know. The commentary was very nformative. Our driver was friendly and helpful, witty but professional, he helped make the tour a great experience.

Fantastic day! Shame we couldn't go on the water however we were telephoned beforehand and offered full refund. The tour was great and the staff amazing. We will be going again for sure. Highly recommended

We enjoyed the trip on the Duck and the experience was worth the effort. However we were given a slot of 11.45 when we booked and this time was on our tickets. However when we turned up the booking was on the computer as being 13.00. This meant we had to rearrange our day at short notice which caused us some logistical problems and extra taxi expenses.

Enjoyed the Tour would have been nice if there had been more interaction i.e. characters walking around and maybe playing instruments! Or maybe a 3d band playing on the stage of the mock cavern?? Great shop it leads you into at the end via the StartBucks restraun though! The 4d cinema was good, albeit a fair walk to, but i thought the actual film was quite short and a little weak too. Glad we went but would not go back.

Sad that you couldn't go on the water. The courier was unclean, needed a shave and didn't check his audience out before starting his tour. Having said that he was fairly, if political with his knowledge of the city.
