Doing what: Liverpool City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

same as above

This trip was seamless! Make sure you go to the Liverpool Museum if you have extra time. They had a bunch of Beatles things there, too! and it was free!

Doing what: Liverpool City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

Great way to acclimate yourself to what the city has to offer. I would have preferred a 48 hour pass to fully enjoy all this tour has to offer.

Doing what: Liverpool City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

Not half as good as expected. All automated and no interaction.

There were very few facts that most people didnt already know about the city.

A great way to see the city. We only had a very small amount of time in Liverpool and this taster has made us want to come back for more! Thank you.

Doing what: Beatles and Liverpool Rail Day Trip from London

A great trip for anyone who has an interest in The Beatles and has read up on them as seeing the places etc makes it more meaningful. Loved it. I would suggest that although the lady who met us at the station was most pleasant and helpful her actual lack of knowledge and experience needs to be addressed, having not been on the trip herself. For my part I would suggest that a person needs to put aside at least 2 to two and half hours for the Beatles experience if not more to throughly appreciate it. Then maybe a suggested plan walk through the cIty with an apprpiate map. This would help reinforce images of the history of The Beatlles enviroment for extra research. Coming from South Africa and doing additional reading on the Beatles it would really assist people really interested in there history. The guides on the bus were really great and knew their stuff. Maybe an extension to where Paul was ACTUALLY born as well, a description of the route taken by bike over the golf course between John and Paul and on my proposed self walk guide in the city one or 2 places the 4 frequented. Great.

Had a great time, trip was deffinatly worth it.

Doing what: Beatles and Liverpool Rail Day Trip from London

The sites visited were great. The virgin train was confortable. The only problem was the cold windy rainy weather.

Thoroughly enjoyable. We opted for the first class train tickets, which was a wonderful treat. Really treated well, with beverages, full meals and attentive service and wonderfully comfortable seats. The Beatles Story and the Magical Mystery (Bus) Tour were very enjoyable. The town shopping/central district is right between the train station and the docks (where the Beatles Story exhibition is located) is very pleasant and you can walk right past (or right into) the famous Cavern Club, where live music still plays every day.
Very enjoyable. Highly recommended for any level of Beatles fan!

I can't say enough good things about Viator. Every trip we had was excellent. We made the mistake of using a different one on our Nice, France portion later in this same visit and wow, it was awful. Learned my lesson. The train, organization, and making sure things were done and taken care of was just superb. The only thing is to make sure you ask what time the train leaves. We were told 6:30 AM when it was actually 7:07. While it's only about 40 minutes, at that time of morning we all could have used the extra sleep. Still, at least we were there in plenty of time. The tour itself was excellent.

A great day trip from London. It's important to meet the tour rep at Euston Station to receive the rail, Beatles Story, and Magical Mystery Tour tickets. Their is no tour rep in Liverpool. Be prepared to navigate on your own to get to the Albert Docks. But Liverpool has many guideposts with info and directions to help you, and the people are very friendly and willing to point the way. Once you get to the Albert Docks, you can explore the shops and restaurants. The Beatles Story takes an hour and a half, so that takes up most of the morning. We went to a nearby restaurant called "Revolution" for a nice bite to eat. From there, it was on to the Magical Mystery Tour bus. The tour was a great companion attraction that takes you around the Liverpool the Beatles grew up in. It was a great fun-filled day, recommended for Beatles fans.

Wished the bus tour was longer and covered a few more Beatle sites.
