my trip with the hop-on hop-off was really great especially that I was in London for just a day and wanted to see as many attractions as possible. It was reasonably priced, the staff was helpful and easy to find.
I chose to drop off at the big ben to take pictures of the attractions and then I took another bus for the rest of the tour.
The guide was very informative. We saw everything that we planned to see.
Excellent trip I would recommend it.
The ease of purchasing a ticket on-line was great. We chose to wait until we got to London and then went on-line. Magically, there was an offer for 48 hours plus the Thames River Cruise for free. Had we booked prior to our travels, we would have only purchased the 24 hour package. Having the extra time AND the River Cruise was an added bonus. Additionally, the drivers were extremely helpful in transferring us from the feeder lines black and purple I think to the Yellow and Red Tours at no additional cost. We were a bit surprised to see that the Big Bus Company also uses the same colours as The Original Hop-on Hop-off, so made sure that you look for the correct name on the bus if you are purchasing your ticket on the sidewalk.
The staff at the visitor centre just opposite Canada House at Trafalgar Square where you pick up your voucher if you booked on-line were also extremely courteous. All in all it was a most enjoyable addition to our time in London and made travel a breeze.
It's a good tour. We even had a live English guy giving a commentary for part of it. Definitely recommended.
The tour was OK. We had a hard time locating the spot where the bus was parked near Picadilly to start the tour, and there was no one around to direct us to it. Nevertheless the guide and explanations of the places we visited were excellent. The riverboat tour was marvelous!

This is a bargain tour, inclusive of a short Thames River cruise that gives yet another perspective of this wonderful city. Do it if it is your first visit to this wonderful city.
Fantastic tour - first time in London so got to see all the major sites in short space of time then could work out where to go back to. Different routes available to suit different interests also - major sites, museum tour, etc. Started tour on the morning of the Rugby World Cup final and the guides were really good with communicating about route changes, etc.
Best way to get a perspective of London. Enables one to become organized to take in sights in more depth. Outstanding experience and recommended to future visitors.
Great tour. It was a crazy weekend. USA football, World Cup Rugby, so Trafalgar Square was full of people. I did all the three legs of the available tours. Was a great tour, lots of information, amazing tour which was great for a first timer. I saw the highlights of London and then the following day went back to spend more time at some of the sites.
highly recommended. Very good for the short trip!
A must. City is too big not to do this if it and #39;s your first time visiting London
It was very convenient, just hop on and hop off. River Cruise was a bonus that come with it!
Really enjoyed it!
This was a great tour. It was easy to find and embark and it really gave you a broad view of London and all the sites.
Nice bus, frequency is lesser than BigBus tours but OK. Staff and drivers are kind and good.
The tour was great. The ability to see an overview of everything and be able to hop off, tour an attraction and hop back on was excellent. The 2 days for the price of one was an added extra that was greatly appreciated.
The tour was fantastic! The stops on the tour were conveniently located and the ability to travel without having a car is nice. The particular tour I purchased had an added bonus of being for two days and included a cruise on the Thames. Very nice!
Great way to see London but they should warn you of changes to the route as a result for example of construction.
Very well organized
Great way to see London.Multiple routes easy to transfer, plus the boat tour...Awesome
The Hop-on Hop-off is a great way to see the city of London. The only issue we had was finding the actual location where to hop on the bus.
Was only able to take one bus route due to time restraints, but was able to see many of the sites.
Loved this great way to decide what to see and when to get off except when changing route the staff didn't know where to go for the next colour as the stops weren't synchronised, the black route was a waste of time if you went up away from the city
Good overview of attractions. It wasn't clear that some parts of the lines stopped runung early so had a long hike to get to a stop on the ones that were running st the end of the day
Good way to start of your London experience. Do a complete trip on one tof the routes and then return to the sites you are interested in seeing in more depth. Top deck is best if weather permits--make sure to get your earphones!
We picked up the bus in Kensington. The location of the bus stop was not clear and we got confusing directions from our hotel concierge. However, when we got going, we found the trip very entertaining and a must when you go to London.
