A fantastic day out. Entry was very smooth, and the ticket coverred entry to every part of the palace and grounds. Added bonus on day we visited (28th July) was the Olympic cyclists coming through Hampton Court!! I will certainly use Viator for any future trips such as this

There wasn't much of a line when we went to Hampton Court Palace, but if you like history and are fascinated by how they built these Palaces, this is a great place to visit. We easily spent 3 hours there looking at everything. The gardens are unbelievable. Highly recommended visit

Only thirty miles up the River Thames from the Tower of London and 35 minutes by train from Waterloo station stands one of Britain’s most magnificent palaces, Hampton Court Palace. Hampton Court is not just about the palace itself but its beautiful gardens and grounds stretching down to the River Thames.

Note from Viator: This review was written by Graham Walker, who wrote a complete summary of the Hampton Court Palace (with video!) on the Viator Travel Blog.

Excellent day, the visitor experience at Hampton Court Palace is well thought out and delivered. There is so much to do that we didn't get to do everything (winter opening hours) - will definitely go back! The costumed guides had incredible knowledge, were very engaging and really helped one to understand the life story of the Palace. A fantastic experience.

Fantastic day trip, Hampton Court Palace is located just outside central London, approx. 25 min train ride. The tours within the palace were very interesting but make sure to leave enough time for the gardens as they are magnificent, especially in SpringSummer.

To do the Tower of London right, you need to give yourself at least three to four hours of walking around time, which doesn't include shopping. A bit warm, surprisingly, in the castle buildings. Lots of climbing up narrow stairways. Be careful! Great event.

Hampton Court is for lovers of the Tudor era. The gardens require an extra hour or so to enjoy. I did not get a chance to see the maze-it was getting dark, so I rushed through the back garden. Extraordinary grounds. Visit the garden gift shop too and especially the Tudor Kitchen gift shop. Wow, what a great place.

Not enough time in one day to see all three-Kensington Palace will have to be another day. The ticket is good for one year from purchase. When you buy this event, you buy all three ticket entrances. You have to find your own way to each. No hotel pickups. There is ice skating at the Tower of London in winter holiday season. That was cool! And also an ice skating rink at Hampton Court too, along with a merry-go-round for kids. Festival-like atmosphere! Should allow 3-4 hours for each of the sites.

Hampton Court Palace is well worth a visit and an easy commut by train from London. The only down side for us was that we did not get to enjoy the gardens as we would have liked to as it started to rain.

Took the train out to Hampton Court Palace, but again no line to wait in before entering. Great sights!!

LOVED the palaces!! Hampton Court was especially authentic and worth the train out of the city. The Tower was spooky and fun. Visit London Bridge and Dickens Inn for a pint while you are near the Tower.

Hampton Court was great. It's a huge place and there is a lot to see. Easily a full day. A great deal of information on Henry the 8th. Henry made huge impacts on maintaining the English kingdom in terms of rebuilding/refurbishment of the palaces. To get there, take the train from Waterloo train station. The last stop is Hampton court. Buy a return ticket at the same time. They can be used at any time. I think the train was running every 30 minutes.

Tower of London is interesting and the Beefeater Tour is worth following. Hampton Court...gardens alone are worth the train ride out. I would skip Kensington Palace until the renovation is done unless you are a little girl who likes to visit "enchanted palaces".

Tower of London was great. Lots of History..........Kensington Palace was a disappointment. The only highlight was seeing Princess Diana's Dresses on display. Didn't make it to Hampton Court.

Hampton Court Palace was well worth a look. However there was no queue the day we went.

Hampton Court Palace was excellent, although it would have been easier to buy tickets there than to go to the trouble of buying them in advance from Viator. There were no queues on the Saturday we went in July. There is a lot to do at the palace, and the grounds are beautiful. The ticket includes an excellent audio guide. The apartments from Henry's time and more recent monarchs' times are very interesting. The day we went they had a theme of Henry VIII marrying his 6th wife, and we could be guests at various activities throughout the day.
