Doing what: London Full-Day Sightseeing Tour

Three of us were collected from our hotel (which was not one of their specified ones) on time and taken to the start point for the days tour. Our guide for the day was lovely and chatty and well organised. He gave us a free reign at some locations with a meeting time which suited us well. Westminster Abbey was not available so they arranged a viewing at St Pauls Cathedral and what a bonus that was.
Our guide managed to late book us for the Harrods high tea end to the tour which was excellent of him. Sadly Harrods is a bit tired.
We have done 12 tours in 6 cities recently and this one was one of the better ones. Highly recommend.

Great highlights of London and a wonderful way to end the day with high tea at Harrods. Our guide, Sev, was delightful!

We loved this tour! We got to see sooooo many things at once, and our guide was great. My only complaint is that the Tea at Harrods add-on was a bit disappointing--the tour all sat at one table, and you didn't get to pick your own tea. Not romantic. But still a great tour.

Great drivers. The guide was dealing with 3 different tours on our bus but did a good job overall. Lunch at Harrods was wonderful. Also very handy hotel pickup in the morning.

While no fault of our guide, the pace of the trip was very fast and could have been slowed a bit by having lunch at a later time. A one hour difference would have sufficient. The tea at Harrods was 2nd class. We were shuttled off to the rear, out of sight of the other customers like a bad penny. I could have skipped the tea and had a simple drop off at the store.

We enjoyed the all-day sightseeing tour of London very much. The Tower of LondonCrown Jewels was truly amazing and very informative. We liked the Cavalry Museum tour, although we would have preferred a visit to St. Paul's Cathedral. We also enjoyed tea at Harrods, a nice end of the tour. The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace is always special, but the most special part of our tour was David, our tour guide. He brought everything to life with his knowledge and wit.

Tour was great, but tea a harrods was disappointing - just one cup of tea and one biscuit.

This tour was excellent. Our guide was exceptional. My only disappointment was tea at Harrods. I expected something more grand - not just a scone with jam and a cup of tea, but 'real tea' with finger sandwiches, cookies and a 'pot of tea.' So, what started out great ended with a downer.

Doing what: London Full-Day Sightseeing Tour

A truly lovely day. Our early morning tour of the Tower of London prior to the crowds arriving was great. Our pub lunch was great, and finishing the day at Harrods for afternoon tea and scones was a real buzz. Our tour leader was great; in areas such as St Paul's Cathedral her knowledge was astounding. Yes, this is one to do.

Great tour until the tea at Harrods. It was tacky, to say the least. The main dining room got silver, china, linen tablecloths and a lovely tea. We were put out on a sunporch with plastic tables, no tablecloths and everyday china. The table was given one pot of tea for 6 people and one scone each. That was not the tea we were looking forward to.

We had to a lot to see in one day, but the tour was so well-organised that we were able to get through everything. We even managed to get through the crowds well. We really enjoyed the tea and scones at Harrods at the end of the tour, it was good timing. We would recommend the tour.

A good overall view of city highlights. It was easy to find a hotel close by for pickup since they didn't pick up at our specific hotel. The tour guide was excellent. The lunch at the pub was fantastic - worth the extra charge. And ending up at Harrods for tea and scones and a chance to shop was terrific!

Doing what: Windsor Castle Half-Day Trip from London with Lunch at Harrods

The Windsor Castle tour was too rushed. Literally ran from room to room without having time to fully appreciate the displays. Our guide wanted us to rush through in order to see the changing of the guard.
Lunch at Harrods in their Georgian Restaurant was excellent. Definately go there again for the experience.

Our guide Jess was a real English delight. A constant hilarious banter full of English history and lots of helpful information. However on a nasty wet day the buses must park quite a distance from the castle and we then had audio gear for the self-guided tour. It's just not the same without the "live" guide. However a beautiful place and lunch at Harrods was fantastic.....still recovering!!!

Doing what: London Full-Day Sightseeing Tour

Not as good as I was expecting. We just flew past a lot of tourist spots and did not stop. Also stayed too long at some places and not enough time at others.London Tower was good. Harrods was great but high tea was disappointing only scones and a glass of champagne which was still a nice way to finish and then shop.
