Doing what: Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Dover

A lot depends on the tour guide - and Kevin, our's, was great! Also the weather makes a big difference. We liked Leeds Castle best - beautiful grounds and a fun few hours. Dover is just a quick stop although by that time you're pretty tired so that's ok. I would recommend this to a friend.

Doing what: Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Dover

We had a really great day. Leeds Castle was gorgeous. It was snowing! The tour was wonderful. Our guide, Edward was friendly and informative. I would definitely go on another tour, it was very well organized.

Wonderful day tour. They even have a DVD for you to watch instead if you are unable to climb the stairs at Leeds Castle. We had a wonderful guide, Mark who was knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great day. Lovely lunch at Dover. Highly recommended tour.

Doing what: Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Dover

A wonderful trip. Leeds castle and grounds were beautiful as was Canterbury and the Cathedral. We left the tour at Dover to stay overnight. Would recommend this as no time was spent at Dover Castle which is historic and extremely interesting with the war tunnels and the castle to view.

Doing what: Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Dover

Very good tour. For those who are wondering whether it is appropriate for children, the answer is yes. I brought my 5 and 8 year old and they loved it. It works for kids because none of the coach rides are too long and because there is a lot of variety. They especially liked the maze at Leeds Castle and throwing pebbles at the seaside.

Great trip. Leeds Castle and grounds is just awesome. We have beautiful pictures of the White Cliffs of Dover, we wish we had more time in Dover. We didn't purchase the tour of Canterbury Cathedral, wish we had because you can't see the cathedral from outside the wall. We had the best home made fish and chips at one of the restaurants near the cathedral.

A great day trip. Canterbury Cathedral is spectacular and Leeds Castle in a beautiful setting. The private tour of the Castle was very informative. We had fabulous views of the white cliffs of Dover during our lunch stop and the boat cruise from Greenwich back to London was a great way to see London from the hub of the Thames. Our guide David was very informative.

The excursion itself was great. Just the right amount of time was spent at each location, and we really enjoyed the personal tours at Leeds Castle and Canterbury Cathedral. The stopoff point at the Dover cliffs rendered an incredible view and lots of photos. It's too bad, though, that the Greenwich meridian was closed off for us due to Olympic street closings, but we understood that it wasn't your fault. The only thing I would change is the place to eat lunch in Dover. The hotel food was too pricey, and the food was not that great; I had better fish and chips in a pub in London. The Thames River tour was a nice ending to the whole tour. Overall, we really enjoyed this tour.

Doing what: Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Dover

We had a wonderful day visiting Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Dover. The castle was so beautiful and the day was gorgeous! At Canterbury Cathedral we had some time to walk around the town as well and walk down the cobblestone streets to visit the many little shops. The cliffs of Dover were amazing to see. It would be wonderful to go back and hike up to the Dover Castle, but that would take a day by itself!

Our guide was great and extremely informative, and made the whole trip a lot of fun! Overall, the whole day was eventful and worry free and we were so glad we booked this tour!

Doing what: Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Dover

What a fantastic tour!! I had the most amazing time and am so happy that I picked this tour. Canterbury Cathedral was very special, and if you love old cathedrals then this is the place for you. So much history and it is so beautiful!! Dover was just a 15 minute photo stop but so worth it - very pretty! Leeds Castle was lovely - if you spend your time wisely inside the castle, you can walk the grounds as well and even grab a bite to eat. If you are wondering which tour to book, I highly recommend this one - I heard from another couple who booked the Stonehenge/Windsor Castle/Bath tour that it felt rushed and crowded. I did not feel that way on this tour at all. The pace was great, the driver was funny, and we never felt crowded. I opted for the fish and chip lunch, and the food was ok, but there are plenty of places to eat from that are very close to the Cathedral, so if you want to venture elsewhere, it's easy to do. Thank you Viator for a wonderful day!

This was an excellent day trip from London! Our guide gave us a running history of London as we made our way out of town and was very knowledgable about every place we visited. We had plenty of time to explore Leeds Castle (the private tour was great!) and the grounds. Lunch in Dover near the port was tasty and we had plenty of time in Canterbury to visit the cathedral, shops, etc. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting to get see a few sites away from the hustle and bustle of London!

Great tour. The tour guide was both fun and knowledgeable. The grounds at Leeds Castle were beautiful. There was plenty of time to explore. Canterbury Cathedral was great as well. There was time for lunch and the restaurant the guide recommended was very good. Lastly, the quick stop at Dover was the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and humerous throughout the journey. We had an indredible experience and would recommend this tour to anyone!! Leeds Castle was a particular treat - not one person wanted to leave. I'll be going back again and booking through the same company!
