London Eye and River Sightseeing was excellent. Would recommend this tour and strongly recommend making your arrangements through Viator.com.
Loved skipping the line, very easy! But don't go straight to the London Eye, you still need to go to the office just behind the London Eye first.
This was a great choice! Purchasing the "skip the line" ticket allowed you to visit the London Eye whenever it fit into your day, whereas the regular ticket requires you to be there at a specific time. It's a big advantage to just be able to walk right up and not wait in line! The view is amazing!
There were no lines on the day we booked the Eye, but I can see where the jump the queue tickets will be a huge help. The boat trip was pleasant but the weather was foul so we were unable to sit outside.
The eye gives a good view of the city. Transportatin (boat) conveneint to get to London Tower and not stops in between. Viator needs to give clearer directions where to pick the ticket up from, nominate the except location.
Our London Eye experience was fantastic, the view was amazing! We were really lucky as the sun came out about 30 minutes before our flight and lasted the entire time we were up. The ride is incredibly smooth. For anyone worrying that you will feel it wobble. Don't be, you barely notice it moving. Our Hostess was so lovely with a wonderful personality, very informative and helpful. Even the Champagne was of great quality, sometimes on other things the drinks can be a little B class, but no! Perfect all round. Do, Do!
The London Eye River Cruise Experience is brilliant. My Fiance and I both really enjoyed it. We saw many famous buildings and landmarks from the Thames. The cruise commentator was incredibly funny and gave detailed information about the buildings and landmarks on routes history. Will deffinately travel on this cruise again and will recommend it to friends and family :)
Wonderful view and cruise...however confusion with printed out booking form on arrival despite having rung up 2 days before arrival. Boat bookings said that we did not have an Eye booking, other booking office had originally sent us over to them as they would not process booking! I had booked and paid for both. Discrepancy on booking form that lacks clarity for both tickets to be issues. Annoying.
The London Eye is an experience not to be missed. Sensational views on a very gentle ride that will dismiss any fear of heights.
Once you figure out where you need to go to pick up the tickets, you are on the Eye in no time. It was definitely worth the money to not waste time in line.
It was nice and comfortable. We group it with the London Eye Skip the line and it was worth it.

Wonderful and extremely interesting tour. We saw all the London "tourist" spots from the Tower of London to St. Peters Cathedral. Our tour guide, Sev, knew so many interesting facts and was truly concerned about each of us. The day ended with a ride on the London Eye. Terrific tour with an awesome guide.

We didn't know what to expect, and what a great surprise it was! The London Eye placed us on the top of the City – the view really unveils London in a whole new way. Then the cruise, as London and the Thames are one and only entity – what a great tour! After this experience, we were more ready (and amazed) than ever to go on and explore all attractions.
