Not great... just fair! Audio system sometimes fails.
Great value; loved the sights
The poor weather in London detracted from the wonderful London sites - there was not much shelter upstairs. I noticed that the rival Big Bus tours had more protection from the elements and more frequent service and would use them next time
The skip the line tickets gave us quick access but once inside the crowd was unbelievable and it was a constant battle to be able to take photos and actually see the exhibits.
Perfect. had a young man Paul was our guide the tour instead of the audio on the yellow line He was outstanding, Informative We also
did the red and blue line as well.
Using the hop-on hop-off buses were a breeze, and our tour guide/driver were awesome as well! Definitely would do this again the next time we're in London!
This allowed us to see almost all the sights.
The tour varied quite a bit between one bus and the next in terms of guide (in person or recorded). Also we found some of the stops a bit hard to find on the map we picked on the bus (we only learned of this map when we saw someone elso pick one up - the company did not tell about this or offer one to us). There were substatially more hop-on hop-off buses on the go from The Big Bus Tour and I would recommend that in preference to the Original London Sightseeing Tour.
Good value , a lot to see from the outside so worthwhile
Good value but bit dependent on traffic for trip times, got caught in the rain upstairs when demonstration shut down centre of London took 2 hours but Guide did a good job entertaining us.

Sure helped us see the city in style! It's a great way to start your trip....see it all first, then go back to the places you really want to spend some time on. Would recommend it hightly!
Live guide is great. Be prepared to wait at the stops a bit and the map provided is not quite right, but was a very easy way to get around.
This is fabulous! Went to all major places, did find myself sitting on the bus the whole time because of the rain. Great value!
We started our first morning in London with the bus tour to get a good overview of the City. And what a city it is, gorgeous! Our bus trip was great, the bus was new, clean and dry. Although it started to rain while our trip was in progress there was plenty of seats under cover. Our live guide, was very alive and informative, great personality and very helpful with any questions. The hop-on hop-off stops were very easy to find and in all the right places. My only issue is with passengers who come to learn and experience (you would imagine) and spend the entire time talking loudly over the top of our guide. Luckily our guide was confident enough to ask them to BE quiet, so we could hear him.
