A horrible tour and waste of our money!! Our tour of Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath was a disaster from the start! The tour was late leaving the Victoria Station in London for Windsor by more than 30 minutes and when we got to the Windsor Castle our tour guide spent more time talking to the guards and ticket counter than getting us into the castle, hence we only had 45 minutes to see the whole castle, which resulted in missing Queen Mary's Doll House! The tardiness continued thorough out the tour and we were late getting to Stonehenge which once again resulted in a rushed visit and a very late lunch(by 60 minutes)! The worst part was Bath, we were suppose to be in Bath for couple of hours however we were there only for 90 minutes, hardly enough time to see a historical town! We asked our tour guide to get us into the Roman Baths and skip the long ticket line, and he said he can not do that and left us to stand in the line for 20 minutes! When we finally got in and told the ticket agent we were with the tour group, she was shocked and told us that our tour guide should have brought us in and skipped the line for a speedy ticket purchase!! And when we complained to our tour guide his response was "oh really, I did not know that!". We were extremely disappointed with this tour and will not recommend this tour to anyone. Save your money and find a better tour company than this Tour Operator! We were very disappointed and felt cheated out of a good tour experience, plus that we paid so much for four of us for this tour!

Wow! This tour far surpassed my expectations! Windsor Castle was huge and amazing. Bath was the most beautiful place I visited in England. Stonehenge was breathtaking. Our guide was an expert in the locations that we visited. He had information on everything from the Royal Family to London history to architecture. An absolute must!

A ride through the countryside is a nice break from hectic London. The coach (similar of a Grayhound bus in the US) was new and comfortable. Our guide was informative and a joy to listen to. You could easily spend 1-2 days in Bath alone but time at both Stonehenge and Windsor Castle was adequate. Overall, I would highly recommend this full day trip as a more relaxed break from London when time otherwise relatively short.

Great day trip. The tour guard Rodrick was very informative and added fun in between the information he was all around awsome. This trip gives you a very different view of England that you wont see if you just stay in London. One tip check whats your closest pick up point and when you get there tell the front desk you are there waiting for the trip pick up because if you dont let them know it is very possible to be left. We first went to Windsor castle which was awsome to see such a great place first hand. Second tip make sure when you get the audio tour make sure its in English and it works before you leave the desk. Bath is a very beautiful picture perfect town I would defently stay there for two days not time. And last but not least Stoneheng was amazing to see in person. All together this was the high light of my trip.

Great day trip, glad to have seen more of England than just London. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Only thing I'd say as a negative is we didn't get nearly enough time at Windsor Castle, maybe a little too much time in Bath. But overall we really enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed this tour! The tour guide was very entertaining and informative and told us lots about London/England and the history and other interesting tidbits on the coach. Windsor Castle was really neat to see as was Bath, but the highlight for us was Stonehenge. What an amazing place! We were only there for 45 minutes so if I had any complaint about this tour it would be that I think 1 hr would be more adequate for those of us who wanted to spend more time marveling at the gigantic rocks! Overall, we were very happy with this tour and felt you got a lot for the price. It is a very long day however, with lots of time in the coach bus, so be prepared for that.

It is nice to visit these 3 places within a day while I only have 2 days in London. The guide was very knowledgeable. However, the trip will be flawless if we could have more time at Windsor Castle and Bath. The State Apartments and Bath has so much to see but we only had so little time.

We just got back from our trip to London, and the day trip out to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Oxford was fantastic. The tour guide, Rich, and driver Jose were also great. They had a wealth of knowledge to share about each place and offered up great info on places to visit and dine once back in London. We had plenty of time in each segment of the tour. The only small complaint I have is where the pick up location is. My hotel was not part of the list, so when I called they told me it was Victoria Coach Station on Buckingham Palace Road. There are signs for the Coach Station at Victoria Station but once you get outside you don't know where it is. I didnt' know it was a building, I assumed it was where all the bus stops were. Otherwise, it was a great trip out of the city.

While we booked through Viator, the actual tour was run through Evan Evans. We really enjoyed our guide and the tour was enjoyable. It is on a large bus and there is a fair amount of driving but after a couple days of walking throughout London we were happy to give our feet a rest. I would recommend the tour and take it again. Windsor Castle was a must see.

Doing what: Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath Day Trip from London

This was an all-day itinerary, leaving from Victoria Station in London, traveling to Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge. Unfortunately, that resulted in there being too little time to spend at each of the sites, we could have easily spend 2 more hours at Windsor Castle and the surrounding village, and another hour in Bath as well. To put it in perspective, there was 5.5 hours of driving, and 4.5 hours of sight-seeing. Stonehenge was enough time, but not if you wanted to see the additional fields with more rocks. The tour bus itself was very comfortable, if a bit too chilly for my taste. Our guide, Rodney, was a blast, VERY British, completely unflappable, gliding through the streets. This is a good option if you have limited time in England and want to see some great sites. I would definitely have spent more time at each of the sites if given the option though.

Doing what: Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath Day Trip from London

Our trip was great, the tour guideTrevor was very knowledgeable, and entertaining. It definately was a great way to see the other sides of London. The down side was the lack of time we had at the Windsor Castle after we lined up for an hour to get in.

The tour started off at Windsor Castle. We arrived there around 10am and were given 2 hours to tour the Castle. While it is not a lot of time, after reading reviews of this day trip on this website, I knew that to make the most of it we should keep moving. So we sort of hustled through the audio tour, skipping a good deal of it, but taking some time to get a good feel for the interior rooms of the Castle. We then caught a few minutes of the changing of the guard and then went into the church to see the sights there. We were just about running back to the bus and we left 2 people behind, but it was a great trip overall and I'm glad I did it. When leaving Windsor Castle, pick up a sandwich to go from E.A.T. and bring it back to the bus, thats your main meal of the day. Bath was a very nice little town, tons of little shops and cafes. There was a lot you could see in the Roman Baths, but after seeing the baths themselves, I didn't really need to hear about all of the little details, we took the extra time to wander the streets of town for a little bit. Then we had about 45 minutes at Stonehenge, which was plenty, take some pictures, wander around - good enough for me. Its a very long day, but it is relaxing to see the country side on the bus. If I had to guess I'd say it was about an hour from London to Windsor Castle, about 2 hours from there to Bath, an hour to Stonehenge, then maybe an hour and a half back to London.

This day tour covers a lot of ground in about 10 hours. The amount of time allocated at Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge is not in any way adequate. We had about one and a half hours at Windsor and Bath and about 45 minutes at Stonehenge. The rest of the time is spent in transit. Ridiculous! We really felt like we were running a race. Hotel pick up was okay, but Victoria Station staging point was confusing and the time between drop off from first bus and boarding of tour bus was not adequate. Our tour guide was entertaining and seemed to be well informed. I wonder if the timetable for the day was the company's or one he made up to arrive back in London at his convenience. I can't believe that such major sites could be expected to be visited in such a short amount of time. When I discussed it with him, he said it all had to do with making the tour company competitive with others. Some suggestions (1) A half day at each attraction is needed. (2) Guide needs to wait for all participants to catch up to him before he starts narrating. We were already running the race of the clock without having to lose our breath trying to chase him. Some elderly people really had a difficult time keeping up. (3) We found it highly intimidating for our guide to place his hat at the exit of the bus and tell people they could leave a tip for himself and the bus driver. We were on the all day London tour the day before and our guide did nothing of the kind. (4) Drop off should somehow resemble pick up. We were left to walk one hour back to our hotel.

Doing what: Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath Day Trip from London

Great day trip. The sites are very much worth visiting. Windsor Castle was amazing. We wish we had more time to explore these areas but if you are limited on time in London but want to see some other sites, this is the way to go

A great day but a lot to cover in a short time. I realise now I would have been better doing Stonehenge and Bath only and doing Windsor Castle another day simply by catching a train from London as it is right at the station and would have given me more time to look around.
