Very good. It gives you a quick view of the key sites and history to go with it. Do it the first day you are in London so you know what to focus on.

Gave a completely different angle to London - the views are stunning and, as someone who does not like heights and was rather afraid, it banished all of that. I felt perfectly safe and just loved finding out what the different buildings were. I would not hesitate to do it again! I was very pleased to have chosen the fast track when I saw the queues, even though they move quickly.

We had limited time in London, so we thought the fast track was well worthwhile. We were taken straight on, avoiding a very long queue, and had only eight people in our capsule. The views were fantastic - so good we all wanted to go around again.

What a great view of London. Met a man and his son who lived there and they go at least once a month. Very worth the trip. Do the fast track and avoid the lines.

This was a great ride with wonderful views of the city. We were scheduled for 2pm and we got there at about 1. The queue to pick up your actual ticket took about 15 minutes and then we got in line for the ride. The lines look long but they move rather quickly. Unless maybe its a weekend or holiday, I wouldn't think you need to pay the extra to skip the lines.

Good experience. Excellent views - only one glass of champagne :-( - and the lady host was not English, which didn't add to the sense of being in London.

My wife and I took the Champagne Experience and well worth the trip. With this we got priority boarding, a nice hostess (young lady from Nova Scotia I believe). We originally booked a 7.00pm booking but because we arrived a lot earlier we decided to take the 6.00pm departure. The timing for that time of day (great sunny day) was perfect as we saw "the sun go down". Great view from all angles. This finished off a great day with spectacular views of the City skyline. Make sure you bring a camera!

Wonderful view and cruise...however confusion with printed out booking form on arrival despite having rung up 2 days before arrival. Boat bookings said that we did not have an Eye booking, other booking office had originally sent us over to them as they would not process booking! I had booked and paid for both. Discrepancy on booking form that lacks clarity for both tickets to be issues. Annoying.

I gave this venue a four star as the London Eye was fantastic. However, I had reviewed the weather very carefully, and as the sun was to be shinning at 12:00 noon, that is the time I booked the trip for. However, when we went to present our "on-line ticket from Viator" we were met with "oh no" when asked what was wrong, we were told that we should have called and reserved our tickets ahead of time. Nothing on the website nor the tickets explained that we had to call London to confirm our tickets. Thankfully, they had an opening at 1:00 P.M. which we were able to get on, however, it was very cloudy by then and we were unable to see a great deal of the landscape.
