Doing what: Skip the Line: Hampton Court Palace Tickets
We visited the palace inside, the courtyards and beautiful gardens. We found the staff consistently helpful and we especially liked to meet 'the folks of long ago'. King Henry was flirtatious even with Anne Boylene in the trail! To bring history alive like so will make us remember much better the details of their story. All in all it was a good and enjoyable experience and it was good that we only had to collect our tickets. Everything went very smoothly.

Doing what: Skip the Line: Hampton Court Palace Tickets
There wasn't much of a line when we went to Hampton Court Palace, but if you like history and are fascinated by how they built these Palaces, this is a great place to visit. We easily spent 3 hours there looking at everything. The gardens are unbelievable. Highly recommended visit

Doing what: London Pass
I highly recommend getting a London Pass - it was easy to use, and you save so much money! Just plan your day(s) to maximize how many places you can visit. I had a 2 day pass, and managed to visit the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, Jewel Tower and had a river cruise on day 1. On day 2, I saw St. Paul's Cathedral, Hampton Court Palace and Southwark Cathedral. There are discounts at some of the gift shops too! It was kind of nice to see all of the main places in 2 days as well, so we had the rest of the time to visit free things like galleries and parks and go shopping. It's perfect if you like to plan ahead - it's totally worth it!

Doing what: Skip the Line: Kensington Palace Tickets
My first time to Kensington Palace and I found the experience quite enjoyable, particularly the enchantment of the Princess Diana display. Due to the heavy rainfall, we did not take in the Kensington gardens, that was a disappointment. However, I would like to do this tour again taking in the beautiful grounds of Kensington.

The vouchers were wonderful. We exchanged them for our tickets and went right into the palace. We did not wait in a queue.

Doing what: London in One Day Sightseeing Tour
This was a wonderful tour. It visited all the sites in London that we have heard so much about and are so magnificent. We saw the changing of the guard at Buckingham palace. Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament were so impressive and the Tower of London just as impressive and crown jewels are a must see thing, out of this world. The ride on the Eye topped this tour off. The sites from the Eye are breathtaking.

Doing what: Skip the Line: Hampton Court Palace Tickets
I was the first person in the door and wow- what a great place to see! Unless you have an entire day it is impossible to see it all. I only did some of the gardens and Henry VIII palace and the maze- but great! I must go back to see the formal gardens as well as the other half of the palace... so plan on a whole day- lovely weather, beautiful grounds, lots of great history!

We really enjoyed the palace visit; always a wonderful thing to do in London. Even thought the palace was undergoing renovations, the princesses ghost tour was very interesting and gave a totally different view of palace life throughout the years. We really enjoyed everything about this tour, and would highly recommend it.

Doing what: Skip the Line: Hampton Court Palace Tickets
Only thirty miles up the River Thames from the Tower of London and 35 minutes by train from Waterloo station stands one of Britain’s most magnificent palaces, Hampton Court Palace. Hampton Court is not just about the palace itself but its beautiful gardens and grounds stretching down to the River Thames.

Doing what: Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle Day Trip from London
Windsor Castle was fascinating, with an incredible amount of history and interesting things to see. Buckingham Palace was fortunately open when I was in London, and it was truly amazing. We had access to many of the state rooms and saw the Duchess of Cambridge's wedding dress on display. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Doing what: London Full-Day Sightseeing Tour
This was an excellent tour to do when time is limited. The tour guide was informative and the open top Harrods Bus was great. It was timed to perfection starting with the tower of London tour, the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace and then completing with the Harrods High Tea. All in all an excellent experience!
