The trip itself was fantastic. Energetic guide and wonderful locations. But the process of getting onto the bus was appalling. I had paid months ago and yet I still had to wait in line with every one else to get a voucher. I was moved all over the place and in the end took longer than those that booked on the spot. Also my Viator App said that I could present an electronic copy but the local company sent me away after an hour in line to print out a copy... I was very annoyed.
Note from Viator: Thank you for your feedback. We will discuss with the tour operator why they sent you away when they should have accepted your voucher on your phone.

This tour is awful. It did not stop at Rodeo drive like advertised- we drove through it but should have had a 20 min stop but didn't and the farmer's market was a waste of time, you have about 30 mins to eat lunch and shop- do this on your own if you want to visit it. The tour of the homes was pointless, all you see are the rooftops and gates and mailboxes of the stars. Again you can drive through Beverly Hills on your own and save your money for something more fun. I would NOT recommend this tour at all to anyone! Save your money. Also the tour tickets said tour departs at 9am and be there 20 mins early, tour does not leave until 9:30 so wasted an hour standing around waiting. It's all very unorganized.

Don't think we got what it said on the page !!! Didn't see Los Angeles City at all ! Only got taken to Hollywood sign, Chinese theatre and stars' homes. Had another tour 2 days later with another company and this really showed up how bad this tour was. Tour guide was rather more interested in talking about himself. Rather got the impression that the head office had put us on the wrong bus !!

I really think the experience of these tours depends on your tour guide. Honestly, I feel like it was a waste of money, unfortunately. It seemed like the tour guide was in a rush to get everything in because he had to let us out for lunch at 12 pm. I was surprised that we were not let out to take pictures outside of the van for this tour. More time was spent driving by and quickly pointing things outside. Not to mention, when we were let out to see the Hollywood sign, it was barely visible. I saw a closer view when driving to my hotel from the airport! Though we saw several movie star's homes, we did not drive by ANY of the ones listed in the information for this tour. I will say that seeing the movie stars' homes was the nice part of this tour.

The tour for us was a little rushed and not as personal as the other tours we went on were. It is a good way to see L.A. from a great view, as well as how the famous people live.

First time on this tour, and a great way to experience Hollywood, probably one for the more film buff type (which I am) great to see the video then see the locations
