Great day out. The Universal tour is a must. Highlight of the day.
Need the full day to see everything. Opens at 10, closing time varies. Check website.

no problems with this day tour apart from the fact i was told pickup was not available from our hotel and had confirnation to travel to another hotel at L A X airport, on phoning for confirmation the previous evening they had no record of us being picked up at the crowne plaza and said thy could get us from the custom hotel, after that all went fine

I was very impressed and surprised. It was a lot of fun, and the rides were very exciting. Our favorite ride was Terminator. The only thing I didn't like was the food, there were no healthy choices.

Was disappointed to find out that the E.T and Back to the Future rides were gone. Transformers and Jurassic Park were pretty good. Thought the tour of the lots was a bit average, would've been nice to walk around. Don't think I'd go back.

A must do while in LA, do not bother ugrading to the first in line tickets as the rules have changed. No long wait lines like disneyland so it is a good day out with older kids.

We went there on Jan 4th and it had less people during our visiting. Less waiting time and more fun. My kids love the rides and they returned to USH the next day to catch up all missed rides the previous day. Good experience.

Very easy purchase and redemption at the counter. Same price as purchasing direct with Universal. It is more convenient to purchase your ticket via Viator to avoid ques especially when the price is the same. I think the rides were more suitable for older kids. My kids were 6 and 4 and didn't enjoy it. Would recommend for 10 years and older.
