Always an interesting time here. Unique crowd. Only down side is you get tired of it after 2 hours.

Doing what: Los Angeles Sightseeing Grand Tour
This was a really good tour - we were taken to all the sights and the driver tried to stop at useful places - to see the Hollywood sign for instance. Most of the photos I took were through the window as we drove through a lot of places, i.e. beverly hills, rodeo drive etc. I think LA is like any other city famous for movie filming - you need a guide to tell you what's what - you just wouldn't spot some of the locations on your own. after seeing a lot of the sights we stopped at the Farmers Market for lunch - this was good, and plenty of time to have a nice three course meal.
Then we went off to the coast to Venice beach - we did this tour on a saturday and it was buzzing - probably one of the coolest places we've ever been - loads of surfers everywhere - its a great place to get swept up in the moment.
This was a great tour that showed us the places of interest in LA for a great price and without the hassle of wondering where to park your car!

Doing what: Los Angeles Sightseeing Grand Tour
Visited interesting places. Enjoyed seeing Hollywood, Downtown LA, little Mexico and Venice Beach.Tour guide was just fair. He pointed out sights but did not seem very interested in them or his job. Could have skipped the farmer's market and the stop at Rodeo Drive.

Tour was excellent, but it would have been better if we didn't travel to the marina and spent mort time at the Chinese T. or Venice Beach. Overall it was still excellent.

Doing what: Los Angeles Sightseeing Grand Tour
This trip gave a good general view of L.A. Some of the places visited were a bit seedy like Venice Beach but the driver was a great laugh and it was an excellent day trip.

I really enjoyed my tour to LA. The tour guide was nice and tried to explain us everything about the city. I just think that Melrose should be in the tour instead of Venice beach.

Doing what: Grand Tour of Los Angeles
It was pretty good, Jim the tour guide was good ,gave us a lot of information, would of like to have gone to Santa Monica beach instead of Venice beach it was full of homeless people, only thing most of the pick up places were not near us so we had to travel to get there

Doing what: Los Angeles Hop-on Hop-off Double Decker Bus Tour
the tour bus is neat and clean and on time. places are very far in la and the tour bus is a nice way to get around. however saying that, some of the stop are very far from the sites eg. venice beach and rodeo drive. and theres no dual travelling busses, that means you have to go through the whole loop to get back to the beginning which takes a long time. other than that the service was very good. drivers very friendly and accomodating

Good tour, covered all the major sights although we found the time spent at Venice Beach a little long.

Doing what: Grand Tour of Los Angeles
We were picked up 40 minutes later than we were told, which was annoying given that this could have been extra sleep time. We thought that once picked up, we would be taken directly on our tour, however we were taken elsewhere to submit our documents, which was a waste of our time and poor organisation by the tour group. The tour guide was nice, and was informative when necessary. We thought that the tour included visits to stars homes, but it only involved the pointing out of about 4 stars homes while we drove down one or two streets. We didn't enjoy the visit to Venice Beach, but the other sites were okay. I would recommend this to people who had never been to LA before, but I wouldn't do it again.

It was a quick way to see some of what LA has to offer. Venice Beach is a waste of time, it would be better to drop us off at Santa Monica Pier.

Doing what: Los Angeles Sightseeing Grand Tour
Was extremly disappointed in LA, not the tour's fault. We didn't get to see the Hollywood sign up close; we saw it from Hollywood Boulevard. We saw MJ's front gate as well as the Playboy mansions back gate. We drove through Beverly Hills and stopped for 5 minutes to take pictures. We then when on to Santa Monica and stopped for 20 minutes which was the better of the beaches. Wouldn't recommend going back to Venice Beach - it was disgusting and stunk. We saw lots of homeless include a man eating out of a bin dressed in a dress. Long day - wouldn't do again!

Doing what: Los Angeles Sightseeing Grand Tour
Very boring day out, wish we did something else. Hollywood Boulevard is just King Cross Sydney on a regular day! Not what you expect. Hollywood in the distance, don't even get close. You spend a lot of time on the bus and then when off its at shopping spots or lunch spots and you really don't get a lot of time then. Highlight was going to Venice Beach - that was cool. Bus driver gave plenty of info and entertained but overall I would say spend your money doing something else.
