First Fridays Los Angeles
Once a month, the entire Los Angeles Natural History Museum stays open until 10pm and features live music, exciting scientific discussion and behind-the-scenes curatorial tours. Sounds lame? It’s not. For seven years now, the night has been designed to bring you a little more intimate with the goings on of the museum and to expose you to new artists.

Scientists on the cutting edge of their field, musicians at the forefront of avant-garde (or did I just get redundant there?), and dynamic discussion make this a routine good time.

To back up that statement, it’s been described by L.A. Downtown News as the “Best Intellectual Event In Disguise” and by Los Angeles magazine as “Best Museum Party Night”.
