Great trip the tour guide was fantastic,showed us all there was at tijuana.even dropped us off at our hotel in redondo beach

We really loved the tour! I was in L.A. on business and my husband accompanied me. I got the 24-hour pass, and he got the 48-hour. I enjoyed my 1 day, and Joe saw more of Los Angeles than anyone in the group! The pre-trip communication was great. The tour itself was good, but it wasn't clear from the booking page where the bus picked you up from. Also, the bus driver had never seen our booking print out.. Took about 5 minutes to believe us we'd paid.

Excellent tour that covered a lot of ground. Would have been improved if allowance had been made for change of time and early dusk at this time of year - we should have started earlier each morning to give us sufficient time at attractions in the afternoon.

Firstly. the tour guide did not complete her job. She did not pass her mobile phone number to any guess. If there is something happen, we really did not know how to do as we are just travller. Secondly. when Germany couple got sick, she left the couple for the driver while they dont know English. The driver had to try his best in talking basic English to get couple's idea and transfer their idea to doctor. In basic knowledge, tour guide must accompany with sick traveller, not leave them in any case .

We booked a 48 hour pass and was able to take all 4 tours within the 2 day period. The information was great and we got to see so much of Los Angeles. Booking from home made this a breeze to organise and the people were very helpful.

I paid for 3 adults on Oct 11 and my card was charged $A 87.99 but another charge of $A 182.71 has appeared on my Credit card Statement on the 20th Nov.(The Day of Travel) It is listed on my statement as OCEAN HOTEL 3104517659.If this is your mistake could you please arrange a refund.
