This tour was one of the best tours we have done, the tour guide was fantastic,and explaned everything to the fullest. The trip up the mountaain was fantastic and well worth the money spent, I would highly recommend this tour to anybody.The chance for photography was excellent. The tour at the top was great, the time given to walk around was enough to have a meal and buy momentoes.

Excellent. But if the clouds come in at the top you wont see a thing. However the train trip up is amazing and worth the trip alone. We had spectacular views almkst all the way to the top. The train is immaculate, comfortable and warm.

This trip was well worth the time and money. Our guides name was Kid and he was fantastic. The scenery was beautiful. A great experience.

Jungraujoch Top of Europe was the highlight of our trip to Europe. We had considered doing this excursion on our own but thankfully went with Viator. Our guide was informative and more importantly, he made sure we had seats on the train. It was very crowded and hectic and the guide had to ask people to vacat our seats.

We had the most amazing day with this tour. The tour guide (Kit?) is the best we've met by far. He's very organised, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. He knows the place inside out and did a great job showing us all the things that are not to be missed. He's always running around looking after us, getting stamps for those who missed it, and making sure everyone's at the right place at the right time. He's good with cameras and took some of the most amazing photos for me. As for the tour itself, I feel that the time at Interlaken is a bit too long and wish we could spend a little more time on Junfraujoch but overall it's still the best tour I've been. Lots of great memories!! Thanks again to our wonderful tour guide!

Great tour. Comfortable trip in a modern double decker bus for views, fantastic guide with great knowledge of area and a great sense of humour. Fantastic value. This was our 1st time using Viator and will use again in the future.

This tour is incredible and would recommend that anyone visiting this area needs to take it in. There is a lot to this tour which surprised us but the guide put us through every step really easily and comfortably. The drive there takes you through many valleys and you see beautiful waterfalls everywhere. You can be taking photos every 5 minutes. We were fortunate that when going to the Sphinx the sun was above the cloud so we had a wonderful view - it was breathtaking and overwhelming at the same time. We absolutely were blown away with this tour. The Alps are magnificent.

Nice tour. Beautiful scenery on the way up in the trains. Unfortunately the top was socked in with a white-out blizzard, so you couldn't see anything. But that's just bad luck. Still plenty to do up there with the ice caves, etc. Would like to do it again in the summer.

Had difficulty understanding our guides English. Our guide Kid continually rushed us through each place, feel would have seen far more if gone independently. Mountain and scenery amazing.

While the view up top was spectacular and the scenery during the journey was great, we found the trip to be too rushed. We were picked up at 0930hrs in Lucerne and only arrived at Jungfraujoch at 1330hrs. We were then told to assembly on Level 1 at 1520hrs! That's 1 hour and 50 minutes on the peak to shop, take in the sights, take photographs, queue for attractions (like the Ice Palace) and most important (queue to) eat. The majority of the group was famished by the time we arrived and much time was spent chowing down on whatever food was served up on the mountain. Food pricing in the cafeteria and the cafe is reasonable by Swiss standards so don't worry about getting ripped off. Our Thai-Swiss guide Kid was AWESOMELY fantastic so it's totally no fault of his that we had so little time on top. He was witty, charming and whacky all at the same time and really engaged the group in all his crazy antics and interesting fun facts about Switzerland and photograph spots. Our group had reserved coaches on the various rail journeys so getting on board was never a problem. We only started getting stuck when we were approaching the peak as the sheer number of visitors meant that there were crowds everywhere.
In summary.
Kid deserves 5 stars for his awesome work
The tour deserves 3 stars for being too rushed. 7.5 hours of travelling for 1 hour 50 minutes on the top
Viator.com deserves 1 star for having utterly terrible communication when I inquired about the trip before booking it

Fantastic! We got really lucky with the weather. Our tour guide was great! Even on the bus, he told us exactly when to get our cameras ready for impressive views. Energetic and enthusiastic, he made sure we got a terrific experience. He clearly loves his work!

My friend and I had a very good time, and it's the best day we had in our entire 14-day journey, all thanks to the funny and helpful guide Keith and of course the tremendous view up on Jungfraujoch! We'll definitely remember the trip and will visit again if given another chance!
