good trip but guide was not perfect at all
very good organise tour
Not worth the money. I was not aware that no cograil also meant to lake cruise. Up and down on the cable car I could have done myself.
It was a good experience! The guide was nice and knowledgable about the area.
1. I had booked online - not enough detail was available. Not enough information about movement detail such as how to get there, who takes etc. 2. The website mentions about all the activities that are available in summer time but actually all I could do was to go and return on cable car. There was neither train nor boat service. 3. I suggest that the website needs a lot of change. I felt like the website gave me wrong information and overcharged me. GBP 247.05 for a family of 4 with 2 kids is too expensive!!! 4. The scene you expect is very good but its just that not enough information.
It's worth the spend. We took this trip from Lucerne. It was well organized. The sights were beautiful. There's an India food van offering Samosas, Vada-Pav, Idli and Masala Chai at Engelberg (base of Mt. titlis tour). Needless to say, Titlis is beautiful place. We traveled in April with a 2 year old, and still managed to enjoy the snow. The Swiss are very tourism friendly, so you can expect no hiccups at all if you follow all the rules and instructions. One advice - it is better to take the tour from Lucerne than from Zurich as it will save you one hour on each side (drive between Lucerne and Zurich). And as a bonus, you get to enjoy Lucerne which is a nice city. To summarize: This tour is a great option, well managed by the operator "Best of Switzerland tours". Definitely Recommended, a 5 out of 5.
What a fantastic tour. We were lucky we had a great day and it was crystal clear all the way up the mountain. Fantastic Tour guide, Kid, who made the tour quiet enjoyable. Worth the money but would have been extremely disappointed if it was a few days before where they were unable to see the views or the mountains.Unfortuantely when you book you annot organise the weather.Would defietly recommend. We hopped on in Lucerne which made our day at least 2-3 hrs shorter than those in Zurich, good move as it was a long day but definetly an enjoyable and unforgettable one.
Highly recommended trip! I was overwhelmed with the view enroute and at the top of Europe. The weather was perfect and the guide an excellent choice, very knowledgeable and most helpful. It was money well spent and worth every cent. Thank you Viator!
Worse trip of our holiday so far! Tour company is disorganized guide very poor. We were late leaving, due to a few people running late. Short trip by bus then gondola and cable car ride to top. Cog railway not running due to late heavy snow, lunch provide instead which was average. Trip back on your own by public bus we had to stand all the way back to Lucerne. We could have done this tour on our own from the Orel for half the price. It is quite close to Lucerne accessible by public transport. Guide told us nothing ou couldn't read out of a guide book. Very disappointing tour , not worth the money!

Fun afternoon trip to scenic Mt Titlis. The rotating gondola was full to the brim on the way up the mountain but a great experience when there was plenty of room on the return trip. Our guide was informative and fun. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed the tour, the views were marvellous and the train was quite an adventure. 5-star tour, unfortunately our guide was pushy and a little unpleasant.
I cannot review the Mount Pilatus Summer day trip from Lucerne because the provider switched it to the Winter Tour which we did not want and this was unknown until we turned up for the tour, we pointed this out to the guide who rang the office but they would do nothing. I hold you responsible for this as your website was still offering the summer tour the same night after the tour. Swiss tours told us to take it up with Viator as they make the possible change quite clear on their website, yours says nothing. You have not provided what we ordered and we are not happy about it. A positive comment is that the guide Rita was a wonderful lady and did her best to go over and above the call of duty for us and for all the tour guests. In future I will try and book with the provider rather that an agent. It is not good enough what you have done
Great trip. I suggest doing the tubing early as by the time we went there the kids only got two turns each as they were closing.
spectacular view! Weather could have been a little better so we could have gotten a better view but still... definitely recommend it.
