Mt. Pilatus is a fantastic place to be. If its not cloudy, it offer some of the most spectacular views!.... Once on top you can do a 40 min trek, and there are 2 view points from where you can enjoy beautiful scenic views of the valley. Unfortunately you dont get to do all activities within the time allocated by the tour company. The first stop where they ask you to stay on and get off directly at the top of Mt. Pilatus has some nice adventure activities which are not part of this tour and are also not allocated any time incase you'd like to do it on your own. All in all... great place, but it needs more time so i suggest you should do it on your own since its very accessible by train..

Great Trip. Thoroughly enjoyed it though it was not a clear day. We had a good guide and made trip interesting. Recommend this trip.

Only gave this rating because we had no view (which is out of anybody's control) also was not aware there is only certain times of the year you can go in the snow had I known I probably would not have done it as I felt I had wasted my money

Would have been a great day with a spectacular view but the weather was very bad on the day we did our tour. Cable car was cancelled due to bad weather so we had to take the cogwheel train up and down the mountain which was a lil boring as you couldn't see anything more then 5 metres in front of you as there was so much fog. The view from the top of the mountain would have been fantastic except we saw nothing but fog. I would highly recommend doing this tour only when the weather is good as we just sat on a chair for an hr and a half waiting for the train so we could come back down the mountain. I Am very disappointed as we should have been able to cancel the tour or reschedule as we couldn't see a thing. I'm not blaming viator as they cannot control the weather but we should have been able to reschedule as its quite an expensive tour. I would recommend to just book a ticket yourself on the day as you can decide if the weather is good that day to be worth going up the mountain.

One of the best tours we have ever taken. Our guide Kid made the tour, he made sure you had the perfect pictures, and were in the pictures as a couple. I highly recommend this trip.

Awesome tour, we loved it!! We were a group of eight, several of which had never seen snow before. Being summer in Switzerland Mt Titlis was our only opportunity. No problems booking and paying online from Australia before we left on our holidays. Great Tour - well planned, knowledgeable guide and lots of fun.

The day was fantastic. The weather was perfect and the trip was run so well. Kid, our guide kept everyone laughing and constantly entertained. Recommend it unreservedly!

Excellent tour, our tour guide was named Kid who was outstanding.He had plenty of energy and included everyone. He grabbed your camera and took lots of photos of you or your travelling companions. One of the best tour guides we have experienced and we have done a lot of them all over the world. Scenery was fantastic we were lucky to have blue skies. Great photos.. Only cold for a short time at the top and in the ice cave.Would recommend to anyone.

Great tour, and our guide Robert Burch was very nice, helped my wife with Spanish during the trip, and was great company all around.
