It was a brilliant tour. We really enjoyed ourselves and our tour guide was very friendly and made everything very easy to understand.

A definite must. Do not go to Egypt without doing this tour. A private guide also makes the tour more personal and interesting. Worth every cent

enjoyed the tombs. It's unbelievable the detail on the walls and how well they have been preserved.

Our tour was awesome, we were picked up on time and the tour was provided professionally. Lunch with the tour was excellent and a good time to take a rest. I did not feel pressured to take another tour and thought the price was worth a stress free trip.

Our guide was terrific! The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because I wish that he had done something to deter all the touts. He left us on our own and when he was with us, he didn't speak to them either. He was extremely knowledgeable and we will certainly return to Egypt and us Viatours! Aloha, Pam

Doing what: Private Tour: Luxor West Bank, Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple

First class trip.Very tiring but worth while. You get to see the real Egypt.Valley of the kings very good thanks to our guide. The horse and carriage ride through the old town exceptional and have your camera ready. Meal in the hotel in Luxor average, but beware of drinks they are very expensive. Would recommend trip to anyone.

The Valley of the Kings was interesting, but not as "big" as we expected. The tombs were rather small and very stuffy. Tutankhamen's tomb is not really worth the extra charge. It was more interesting to see everything excavated from the tomb at the Cairo Museum. Hatshepsut's Temple was neat and had a beautiful view of the Nile. Our tour guide was very irritable and made us feel very rushed. When my husband decided to try and negotiate a deal for some souvenirs, she seemed almost angry that she had to wait. I would definitely go see the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's Temple, but it is better to see it without the guide.

I think the sites are beautifull and interesting but you need a guide that is proactive. Unfortunatelly mine wasn't and i'm sure it could have been better.

Excellent guide and driver. Was very friendly and knowledgable. He had an entire dossier with hand drawn diagrams to explain to us the architecture of tombs in the Valley of the Kings, since guides are not allowed inside the tombs.

Angie our guide whilst in Luxor was excellant and a very pleasant person, very happy with the people we met who work for South Sinai Travel

Worth it if you are not sure about how to get to the Valley of the Kings and how to get around the Valley of the Kings. Having done the tour and if I were to go back to V of K and Hats Temple I might try to go independently. That's because I could see the tombs that I want to see and as many as I want. And spend as much time as I want. Maybe one could tell the guide up front which tombs they want to see.

This trip was great. We saw so much and our guide was wonderful. He waited for us at the train station for 40+ minutes since we arrived on a later train than originally anticipated.

Great tour. The private guide made all the difference for us, as we could do things at our own pace. Strongly recommended.

The guide was very well informed and I enjoyed the Valley and the Temple to be wonderful. I cannot thank you folks enough.
