The bus was on time, it was a freezing day in spring and it was even cold downstairs on the bus. It was not a particularly exciting tour, certainly didn't make me say wow can't wait to see more. Need to do a bit more Lyon!!! After 4days in the city did discover some lovely elements but not on this bus.

Complete waste of money. We were booked for 1 October. We walked to the basilique Notre Dame which is one of the advertised stops. The bus stop was an easy find with all of the timetable posted, a shame that this isn't followed at all. Along with others we waited over an hour and a half past the scheduled time for a bus. We were told by the driver (no apologies) that other buses weren't available, which gave no level of confidence for passengers wanting to "hop off", as you had no idea when the next bus would come. A complete waste of money, don't book this tour.

Tour was good and the audio guide very informative. Just one thing - it would be good if Voucher could give title of tour in the relevant city. In Lyon mine was called 'Le Grand Tour'. The Bus Stop Sign had many Logos/Names, but not Viator, so you left wondering if you are at the correct stop - and some cities have many different tours.

Bought this for two days, but only needed it for one. We were within walking distance to most things, so just walked around during the second day.
