Doing what: Macau Day Trip from Hong Kong
Staff are efficient, punctual, and professional. Mario ( Macau tour guide) is like a walking encyclopedia and made the tour bus like an iteractive classroom with hands on experience as we walk thru inner streets to the city center. Macau's history delivered in bullet pointswith just one day. Awesome experience. A must for any traveler.

Doing what: Macau Day Trip from Hong Kong
The tour guide, "Cisco", was excellent; obviously very experienced and succeeded in keeping everybody up-to-date about the locations, time to spend, meeting points, recommended purchases etc, in a quick methodical way. The time taken from hotel pick up to arrival in Macau is a few hours, so it is a very long day but worth the trek.
Make sure you bring your passport as it is required on arrival and departure in Macau. Try the portugese egg tarts at the temple stop - they are a must. Only criticisms would probably be that more time at the tower (to try one of the many jumps on offer) or in the casino district would have been nice. In addition, the tour only collects and drops to certain hotels so you may have to get up a bit earlier to ensure you are at the meeting point.

Doing what: See Macau Attractions Pass
Well worth the money if you use it properly. Ferry tickets, open-top bus, and Macau Tower are all good value and we used the voucher for bottles of water at the latter. Definitely saved money compared to separate purchases. Also recommend the Hong Kong Sightseeing Pass.

1.. Macau Tower Great, Free Drink and Desert are a joke they are in different places, the drink is a can of coke that you cannot drink inside, the desert is smaller than a matchbox.
2.. HopOnHop Off Tour Very Helpfull and informative.
3.. Galaxy Macau Set Meal can only be redeemed before 18:00 hrs.

Tour guide Mario was excellent in his knowledge; we had plenty of activities crammed into the time and managed to go up the tower and watch someone bungee-jump. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour, well executed and organised and directions, local history given by Mario - who was perfect to host the day.

Doing what: Macau Day Trip from Hong Kong
The tour was very well organised. An enjoyable boat ride from Hong Kong to Macau. The arrival at Macau was a bit hectic due to poor facilities at Immigration, but this is expected to improve when the new ferry terminal is completed. Sightseeing most enjoyable, as was the meal provided to the group. A good break from the pressures of Hong Kong.

The tour was fantastic. Portguese tour guide at Macau was very cordial, knowledgable and cooperative. The restaurant, where lunch was served was excellent. We highly recommend Viator's tour.

Doing what: Macau Day Trip from Hong Kong
Loved this tour and loved Macau. Cisco really knew his stuff and was an entertaining and informative guide, perhaps a little 'over the top' with the rules and regulations of the tour. Time would be better spent hearing about Macau, rather than hearing what could go wrong in a group tour scenario.

The tour is limited and does not explore any of Taipa and Coloane. The friend I booked it for abandoned it halfway through and went exploring on her own. A waste of money, you're better of getting a map and looking around yourself.

Cisco was the best tour guide I have ever had in my life, and I've been to 95 countries. This man is extremely good at what he does. Please pass this long! You made my trip.
