Doing what: Aranjuez Half-Day Tour from Madrid

The best thing about this tour for me was that it was short and started at 3pm so I could do other things that day. The Royal palace at Aranjuez was really quite impressive. In fact, I enjoyed this tour much more than the Royal Palace in Madrid. Less people, almost equally as impressive (as the Royal Palace in Madrid) and slower paced as we got to enjoy the sun in the Royal Garden and took a walk around whilst enjoying the lovely spring blooms. Our guide, Manolo, was also very patient, nice and knowledgable. There was one lady in wheelchairs and I observed that Manolo looked after her really well, whilst keeping the rest of us going happily. He mixed facts with jokes and was interested in what he was saying, not just merely stating basic facts. Overall, a highly recommended tour.

Doing what: Madrid Card

You have to make the most out of it in order for it to be worth it, so if you plan your time properly, than this is a great idea. no waiting in lines and most of the attractions already paid for.

Doing what: Madrid City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

We enjoyed the ride. It was instructive and appropriate. Very convenient to get familiarized with the city. I would recommend it and I would book it again in the future.

Comfortable coach, guide was alright, wish we spent a little more time at each sight to take photos, etc. Bullfighting was a good experience but got a bit repetitive after the third bullfighter.

Doing what: Madrid City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

We enjoyed the city tour for a "over view of the major city area." we could then decide where to visit again.

Guide seemed somewhat detached.

Guide generally helpful.

This is a must do , it lets you get your bearings.. You see all of the buildings, the fountains and churches in the city. The commentary is very informative and really enjoyable.

The tour stops were a little hard to find but the tour itself was otherwise enjoyable.
