Doing what: Madrid City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

This was a good way to see the lay-out of the. City and get acquainted switch where the major attractions where. But was surprised at how compact the city was.

Because of the rain, the bus allowed us to see the city without getting wet. Great way to see a city for the first time.

Doing what: Madrid City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

Great way to see Madrid and get your bearings, even though the city is quite compact anyway. Very friendly staff, really easy to use and great value for money.

Doing what: Madrid City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

I have previously posted comments, seemingly unheard, however, your blurb states 'go to start of tour' which we did, costing us c.15e., and were told it was not necessary to do this and we could board at any stop. Also, carried photo id, as requested in your blurb, again totally unnecessary. Suggest you get correct facts to encourage recommendations, but as you are the only tour operator in Madrid you possibly may ignore my comments.

Doing what: Madrid City Hop-on Hop-off Tour

Great way to see the sites in a beautiful city. Only small room for improvement could be the commentary which seemed to heavily focus on the architects who built the buildings which became a little tedious after a while. Other than that, very easy service to use and the staff aboard were very nice.

Doing what: Madrid Segway Tour

We arrived at 4pm for an advertised 2.5 Segway tour. Tour operator told us that we had to be back by 6:15 because of prior commitments (we are now down to a 2.25 hour tour). Two other people didn't even arrive until 4:15 pm (tour operator elected to wait for them) so after training we didn't get going until 4:25 pm--so our 2.5 hour tour turned out to be less than 2 hours. Felt we didn't get what we paid for. Tour was just OK.

The tour was informative and helpful. We book for 2 days, allowing us to focus on one route each day. i highly recommend when there are per planned events such as the protest that impeded the routes, you place an advisor during booking. This limited the time for travel and actually enjoying the tour

Doing what: Madrid City Sightseeing and Royal Palace Tour

This is a very generic tour. It was nice to take a tour of the city via bus and they did stop a couple of times for photos. The Palace tour was good but you are limited by fellow tour mates. The guide did her best to keep all on point but in the end it proved to be a fruitless exercise.

A nice introduction to the city. We did get out to see the Royal Palace, otherwise we were just viewing key sites by bus.

Doing what: Madrid Card

We bought the Madrid Card from Viator which we were supposed to pick up from the airport - terminal 2 Metro Customer Service. We arrived Xmas day and the staff there had never heard of the card and they insisted we should get it from our hotel. We finally had to go the next day to Plaza Mayor.

Gives a good history of the city and you can use as an alternative to the taxi. The two-day pass was great because it allowed us to explore. The old town bus goes over more area.
