The tour guide, Jorge, was fantastic. he was extremely knowledgable and told you enough about all the sites without over doing it.
I think this one of the highlights of out trip to Spain..

It was a great tour and i recommend to everyone who is interested to go :)
However, i recommend that the tour guide to be more friendly and patience.

It is very difficult to describe the emotions I experienced looking at a Roman aqueduct. That this edifice has stood for 2 millennia with no mortar is a marvel. The Cathedral in Segovia as well as the walls of Avila make this tour well worth the trip. I must also commend our guide Jorge for his knowledge and organizational skills in keeping the tour moving.

Excellent tour. Arthur was a great guide. Although I think Avila could be missed and the entire day spent in Segovia.

This tour involves a lot of walking and I managed it because the guide suggested we get a taxi for one part (broke my leg 11 weeks before tour and was using a walker). The guide, was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The tour information was given in both English and Spanish. We booked the included lunch and it was 3 courses and very good. We were even offered seconds on the suckling pig!

We had a fantastic time on this two centre tour. It was well paced and full of interesting gems - from the impressive walls of Avila to the wondrous aquaduct of Segovia. Our guide had a lovely, gentle way about him and we never felt rushed even though we covered lots of ground on the day. The scenery, the history, the whole experience was wonderful. We thoroughly recommend this great trip.

Both cities are a short bus ride out of Madrid and the scenery heading to Avila (the first stop) was really beautiful. Jorge, our amazing guide, had so much information to share that really made the journey meaningful and fun. He conducted a bi-lingual tour (Spanish and English) which was really impressive. I felt as though I had enough time in each city to enjoy it (I wish I had maybe a little more time in Avila), but this trip is definitely worth making if you have time while in Madrid.

The driver was very efficient and courteous. the bus was extremely clean and comfortable. The guide was fluent Spanish/English, and was extremely knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean and interesting and offered us a variety of meals to choose from. We would recommend this tour to anyone.

The instructor, Jorge, was very knowledgeable and shared the history of both cities, as well as the mountain communities in between, in a very compelling and interesting manner. He provided information in both Spanish and English. I enjoyed it immensely - all was great.
