Excellent service. Plenty of buses with excellent information and people aboard.
This was the worst organised Hop On, Hop Off tour I've ever done.
Way too long (like hours) between buses, terrible staff and hard to find joining points
Clean, efficient, great way to get an intro to the sites as well as to stop and site see.
This was a great show with lots of dancing. Once you are in, they let you stay as long as you want. The only problem is that they seat you away from the main stage in the room on the side. But, the dancing was great and I recommend the sangria.

We enjoyed the ride. It was instructive and appropriate. Very convenient to get familiarized with the city. I would recommend it and I would book it again in the future.

We enjoyed the city tour for a "over view of the major city area." we could then decide where to visit again.
This is a must do , it lets you get your bearings.. You see all of the buildings, the fountains and churches in the city. The commentary is very informative and really enjoyable.
The tour stops were a little hard to find but the tour itself was otherwise enjoyable.

Great and convenient way to see Madrid! The routes have been well planned and you see all the main landmarks from the buses. We did one of the routes in one go and on the second one we stopped at several locations. The buses came in regularly so we didn’t worry about getting off often, as we got back on the bus without having to wait long at all. The on-board commentary was informative and easy to follow, and it went perfectly in time with the sights we were passing by. Excellent way to have an overview of Madrid in an easy, informative and quick way. Well worth it!
Fabulous. Plenty of buses operating, stops clearly marked. Great tour!!
I used the tour in the morning but I lost the ticket. There is no way to get in in the bus if you loose the tickets, apparently they do not have computers to check in. I suggest a wrist band like any other place.
This is a great service in large cities. We took both the routes during our two days of pass, and learned alot about Madrid. It was an excellent experience.
