Segovia is a spectacularly located above the parched, dusty plains. The Roman-built aqueduct is Segovia’s most iconic image, an astounding feat of engineering. The Alcazar, a beautiful 11th-century medieval fort, is lavishly decorated inside and the views from the top of the tower are incredible. Segovia is renowned for its suckling pig and lamb.
