Great way to see the city. The tour bus was departing approximately every 20 minutes.

This tour was a disappointment. We had to wait over 1 hour for the bus to show up at the first stop near the port. By the time it showed up, we were so pressed for time that we couldn't get off the bus to see anything else. At each stop there were so many people waiting that some had to be left behind and folks were complaining. Then at a number of stops the driver got off and took a small break, which then extended the time even more.

Great organization, did not have any problems. Good review.

Best way to see island at an affordable rate, tapas were great, expletive super friendly! I went to castle belver, entrance very affordable. The royal place and main cathedral for a small fee. I loved it.

Very disappointed that stops were not announced as they are on other hop on hop off tours

Loop that the buses did was a "horizontal 8". Wish we could have gotten off the bus (to catch our cruise) at the closest point to the ship without having to redo the 2nd loop so we had to then allow this time to be back in time, instead of further visiting the more important area of Cathedral

The bus didn't start running until 10am. So go across the street (about 5 feets) and take the city bus if you get on shore early. It costs only 1.5 Euro. We finished one major stop before the bus arrived that stop! Attention: everywhere you want to see requires entrance fee. It's a beautiful port and worth visiting!

The equipment did not work. It was very crowded. Did not put the the top up with cold winds and sprinkles. Would not take another tour with Viator.

the Tour guide was nice, i highly recommand

Hop on Hop off excellent. I found this to be the best way to get around and see the sights at a reasonable cost.

Hop on and Hop off tours are such a great way to see the cities. Save your previous Hop-on ticket stubs as they can also be used on other Hop-on tours for a discount. You can see a lot of the famous attractions of the city on these tours. You get the added advantage of getting off where ever you want on top of going back and spending more time at any one site.

We really enjoyed the hop on/off tour -- convenient, comfortable and a wonderful way to see most of the sites without a formal tour guide. The audio on our bus was less than desirable. Most of the seats of the top level of the bus fill up fast. It is convenient to prepurchase your tour ticket from Viator but the cost if you pay in person is cheaper ($15 euros). Overall, we were pleased with the hop on/off tour.

It is true that there is a stop right in front of the cruise ship terminal, but because of the start time of the bus, you will have to wait quite a while. It would be great if the tour bus company timed their first bus to arrive at the terminal shortly after the boat arrives. The driver should also allow the people with advance tickets to get on first (as a 'skip the line' perk.) This is because other passengers butted in front of us (even though we were the first to stand at the bus station) and held everyone up asking questions and buying tickets, etc. Not much to see on the route...more stops should be added.
